现在买房子需要２０％的首付，但是银行帐号里只有１０％。
过去的３年里借给了国内的哥哥一笔钱，数目刚好是１０％。这次就想让他还了。可是
银行贷款的时候，说这笔钱需要gift letter，可是这并不是gift，现在写了gift
letter明年假如需要保税，交gift tax的话，是不是就跳进黄河里也洗不清了？
另外因为担心国内汇款的汇额限制和手续繁琐，现在考虑让我在美国的堂哥汇１０％给
我，以保证如期close。但是这个就是gift，虽然我会在等国内哥哥汇过来的钱到了以
后马上还给他。但是这样的话，我是不是就一定要交gift tax了呢？

好像有说法是如果gifted program设在某个学校，这个学校的排名会上升。
这个gifted program是怎么安排师资的呢？假设这个program放在A校，那就是A校的老
师来教？还是有专门的gifted program的老师来教，如果gifted program换到其他学校
后，这些老师也会跟着去新的学校？
可是如果小孩在这个学校，但不上gifted program （不想上，或者是想上担考不进去
），那这个gifted program的存在对于是不是就是对这样的小孩来说没什么实际的意义？
gifted program 主要是提早学高年级的课程？还是更多的课外活动？

儿子今年k,考上了区里的gifted班，self-contained,全区考上的小孩以后都会统一在
这个班里上小学。本来是很想去的，觉得在gifted班里的孩子应该都比较爱学习，调皮
捣蛋的少，bully的少。现在上了几次课，我还去做了volunteer，近距离接触了两次，
觉得有不少gifted孩子深知自己聪明，态度bossy，喜欢争抢和表现。并不比普通班的
孩子nice。所以又动摇了。
有经验的父母来说说看，小学生上gifted班，会不会比普通班难交朋友？小学时期的公
立gifted班教育在学业上会有很大优势吗？因为一到初中，就没有self-contain了，都
回到普通初中了，最多就是选honor classes。我儿子上K这一年很开心，有交到不错的
朋友，也没喊上课无聊，但他的班主任认为一年级以后开始学业为重，他会觉得无聊，

所以我保存了实体卡.
photocopy是我email给小二的,但是小二的email地址是她personal的.
结果现在店小二离职,我查了下gift card全部清空,什么东西都没有给我.现在我跟店方
交涉,对方说refund要求我交出所有购买gift card的receipt.
gift card没有钱了,小二什么东西都没有给我买.
给小二打电话发email,小二没有回.
gift card是正规来源,是合作的好久的几个ID提供的,都是gift card program来的.
gift card program的receipt上面没有卡号.我现在没有办法了.
小护士压力很大,这几天都没有睡好.
要骂我猪头的就饶道,我心情已经不好.
不知道能要回这笔钱吗?
求大牛们支招.

卡是在店里clinique柜台用掉了,是小二员工号.但是没有给我任何products.
店里系统能过phtocopy giftcard,一扫就过,输pin就可以.所以小二可以用. |

上周， 孩子学校的老师给我打电话， 说我家女儿可以参加gifted program. 女儿回来
后说10岁以后的孩子有这么个Program,带回来一个信封，我看了一下， 这个gifted
program 居然是属于special education needs下面的， 因为是part time的， 所以每
10天集中到一个学校上一次， 我们市里的这个集中的学校也不是什么很好的学校。
如果家长同意， 女儿9月份的时候还要做一个心理测试，看是不是属于gifted, 通过了
就可以参加了，我问女儿想不想参加， 她说就参加吧， 反正又不要钱。
有孩子小学去gifted 班的父母说说这个gifted 班到底是学什么的？ 要说看那些个显
微镜的， 科学家什么的， 到初中不就会上了么？ |
