国的各大农村，所以心中总还会存有那一种不甘， “至少纽约应该是那栋大楼”，我
一直那么安慰自己。后来就来到了那栋“楼”， 在Queens安下了家。
其实纽约市的五大区中最有可能是那栋楼的应该是Queens，最新一轮的人口统计数字显
示Queens的一半居民不是在美国出生的， 他们来自于全世界一百多个不同的国家，说

要正名的只有两点：一是芝加哥别号“风城”和刮风无关，一个半世纪前政客和媒体的
文字游戏而已，芝加哥刮风，但很多别的城市也刮风，尤其靠海的地方。二是芝加哥真
正黑人聚居治安不好的地方，正常人想路过都难，要说芝加哥的downtown，LZ私以为比

不太同意这一段的。学校里不是好学生看不起他们他们才去往下比。好学生固然看不起
他们，但好学生很少和黑人一个班上课（体育课之类除外），不因为种族歧视，因为黑
人底子太差到了中学早就跟不上了。相反地，是黑人自己不把学习当作有价值的事情，
家里人也很少管，只把上学看作消耗一天时间stay out of trouble的用途。这是文化
问题。黑人去鬼混、吸毒、赌博、乱搞、打架、抢劫不是找自尊，是因为这些事情相对
要花费大量精力、对自己长线投资的学习更爽，更快能得到回报。黑人旷课在街上搞也
不是和比自己不如的人搞，都是和自己看得起，有street cred的帮派头目混，觉得这
样能体现到自己的价值，同时在ghetto里也能得到一些便利，这才是真的。
