序技术建立multiplex mutational profiling 方法。已经有一个整在交付检验科使用
。和moleculer pathologist 接触很多。其中就讨论到next generation 测序仪大量应
用后我们现在建立的方法还能用多久，我们现在的方法是基于经典测序法的。我的老板
是临床医生，他觉得至少还能用5年。但检验的的主任觉得next-generation用到临床还
会有很长时间。用到临床的东西必须是有很好地准确度和重复性，要经过很长时间的检
验。next-generation 最主要的问题是假阳性，是临床最不能接受的。一个例子就是
gene chip， 在美国是几乎不用于临床诊断的，虽然研究性试验室广泛应用（主任说的
，不知道对不对？），还有就是我们现在的方法能很直接的读出突变，不用分析序列。
据他们的说法一个专业的pathologist 是不会花过多的时间去读序列的，如果只为了几

and then get its surface profile. After that, how to incorporate it into FEM
software to generate mesh. So, the questions are:
What kind of hardware did you use -- I mean the scanning machine.

set_param('doc_ortho/Hadamard Code Generator', 'index', 'i');
the index can only be 1-63 (no matter what code generator is, hadamard,
walsh, or OVSF).
Is there any easy way to generate 64 different orthogonal sequence (not
sequence of period 64)?

自己稍做计算，总和不要超过80%（12KVA）。两台furnaces 的房子，装15KW standby

者，其它用电都没有，2KW 应当可以了。不过，最小的natural gas generator 都应当
会超过2KW。 不知各位有谁用过这种generator. |
