school检查的时候说补得很不好，很多需要重新补。于是乎，踏上了不归路。
学校给的保险很差，每次一颗牙一个surface要40左右，两个surfaces就要60.我就纳闷
了，为什么是按surface算钱的呢？有时候两个surface加起来的体积都没有一个molar
一面多。主要就是图学校近，骑车就到了，不用去中国城那么麻烦。一年了，9个牙齿
前前后后补得差不多了，两周后补最后一个牙齿。但是自从第一天检查补牙开始，我的
学生牙医和profesoor就一直忽悠我说我这个智齿要拔，现在不拔，以后烂掉了就麻烦
了。我开始问了一下价钱，一颗牙要130+，这还只是已经长出来的那颗，没有长出来，
buried under the bone的要150+吧，不太记得了。还不包括几百刀的麻药。算下来估
计要个8、9百，我听了就一直推托说反正不痛就不拔了。
但是，同实验室的一个师兄就是因为智齿烂了现在处理起来很麻烦，所以我还是有倾向

千万不要买，买了悔到肠子青的东西
布尿布（BumGenius）。超厚，超不吸水，比diaper差远了。有屎就更惨，已经添加辅
食的宝宝就不用考虑这个产品了。当时一下买了12个，170多块，我妈笑话说像头盔，
很现实的问题是裤子都穿不了了。而且需要湿了马上用手prewash，当时我气急败坏，
爸爸心疼女儿，每次都他来搓。后来我决定直接压箱底。
买了好用的东西
1。medline的gauze sponge，cleasing bottle， underpad。在医院用着很好，回头自
己在amazon上找到买回来。那个gauze sponge可以用来给宝宝擦屁股，洗干净屁股以后
夹屁屁缝吸潮气，还可以用来擦嘴，洗脸。吸水性好又柔软。cleansing bottle用来给
她洗头。underpad当changing pad用，可供她晾屁股的时候在上面趟着玩。表面棉质，
怎么烘都不渗水，我妈从国内背来的尿布垫第一次进烘干机就完蛋了。
2。Fisher Price Ocean Wonder的high-chair。好处是两边各有一个teether |

if it's neurotic excoriation then you might have to see a pyschiatrist,
if it's lichen simplex chronicus, cover the lesion with a bandage or
something so you won't keep scratching it, can also apply topical steroid
and coal tar prep such as exorex cream, say if you have a large area like in
your leg or some place like that, then you apply a layer or topical steroid
first then cover it up with gauze,
but if it's a small lesion then your doctor can inject some steroid into it
underneath the skin, |

势估计得一周时间才能基本康复。
说说干嘛对自己这么凶残地一次拔掉4颗智齿。公司每年年底都可以为来年更新一下保
险，去年11月份我买了公司提供的最贵的一款牙科保险，因为知道今年我会有很多牙科
治疗。2月份约了同事推荐的general dentist，就是我的主治牙医也可以说是家庭牙医
，反正以后牙齿有啥问题先就去找他，然后他不能治疗的再推荐到其他专科牙医那儿去
。看过我的general dentist后，需要补牙，做根管，我跟医生说我准备戴牙套，医生
也觉得我这牙齿可以戴戴矫正一下，但在矫正之前得把牙齿现有问题治疗好。主治牙医
不太确定需不需要拔智齿，把我推荐到矫正牙科医生那儿，在矫正牙医那儿做了3D的CT
，说智齿得拔，我下面2颗是横着长的，这样会影响以后戴牙套的结果，如果下面2颗拔
了为了咬合对称，上面也得拔，所以最后就决定4颗都得拔。
我的主治牙医是不给我拔智齿的，把我推荐到专门做牙科手术的牙医那儿(Oral
Surgeon）,3月份先预约到手术医生那儿做了一个咨询，他看了我的X片后说建议一次性

我家平时的护理流程，仅做参考。我家娃刚出生那阵红过屁股，没学会抬头之前腌过脖
子，还被姥姥搓红过大腿根，这一阵天热，她还起过痱子，戴尿布的地方也捂出过红疹
子。好在这一切都找到了解决的办法。也许对遇到同样问题的妈妈有帮助。
1。爱红屁股怎么办？
宝宝的一个美国playdate来我家玩，她妈给她换尿布。整个屁股缝到小便处都是红的。
她妈妈说可能尿道口也很irritating，宝宝很难受，她只有连大阴唇里外到屁屁缝都涂
满尿布膏，其场面让我觉得非常disturbing。好在我娃没受过这罪。我们的PED发的
handout上写不要给新生儿用wipe，每次换尿布要air dry。我娃当时只要用wipe就起红
疹子。我们用gauze sponge蘸温水洗，后来是拿cleansing bottle冲，小便处也翻开来
冲洗，再后来等她结实一些了就直接抱到水龙头下冲，直到现在。冲洗干净很重要，有
时候光擦不拿水冲是冲不干净的，有屎残留比尿更容易发疹子（个人观点，无科学依据
）。晾干，晾干，再晾干。我是拿毛巾擦净屁股后，屁股蛋 |

and the other one as a mouth prop (put it between baby's teeth on the other

），让热敷，频率要多一些，建议7-8次。因为不是细菌感染他认为，antibiotic的眼
药膏没有什么用。你这个红霉素的方子是美国医生开的吗？我们家现在的包比原来小点
了，但不多。宝宝就是晚上的时候有点揉眼睛。你们家的这次多长时间才下去呀？医生
建议我们还是热敷为主，手术要sedation.
请问你是用什么做热敷的？我用医用的gauze，很快就凉了。不停得换。宝宝还小，总
是动，真是头疼。从明天开始准备边喂奶边敷，那时他最老实。 |
