the entire summer. But they got plenty of social events, meeting people and
networking.
The interns in my section stared at each other after the gathering,
complaining this is so damn unfair. We are working hard like hell, being
unbelievably productive in 1L summer, and unpaid. But now we were lectured
by those "elite" law students, who wrote one brief for one summer. |

的一个，本来是针对欧洲人的，欧洲人历史上经历过一个短暂的寒冷时期。北欧比南欧
糖尿病多之类。
我觉得这个说法更靠谱：
首先，“30%的华裔与日裔患者体脂过高，欧裔和非裔患者则有60%至80%，印第安人和
太平洋岛民患者则100%都体脂过高”， 也就是同等营养条件下，太平洋土著和一些美
洲土著最容易肥胖，非洲人第二，另外一些美洲土著第三，欧洲人第四，东亚黄人垫底。
然后，同等缺乏营养情况下（饥饿），东亚黄人，尤其是汉人，最容易饿死，欧洲人非
洲人不容易饿死。比如说在同样饥荒的时候，非洲人能挺半年才饿死，欧洲人能挺三个
月才饿死，汉人可能三个星期就饿死了。
解释：
人类有在不同气候条件下，漫长的hunter-gatherer历史，和相对短的定居农业历史。
如果人类不能保证全年任何时候都有连续的食物供应，就必须储藏。有两种储藏策略：
灰熊策略（储藏在身体里面，脂肪）；蜜蜂策略（储藏在外面，那得有合适得方法。农

spatial thinker vs verbal thinker 两种。

security chief said,
underscoring Beijing's anxiety about control after police quashed calls for
