Need more air? Deep breathing can help you run longer with less effort.
By Gina Demillo Wagner
From the January 2009 issue of Runner's World
Just before you crest a hill or reach the end of a speed interval, your
lungs go into overdrive. Your breath becomes shallow and rapid. You think if
only you could pull in more air, you could surge up that hill or maintain
your pace. But the more your chest heaves, the more you struggle. You may
even end up exhausted, bent over, gasp |

的对话变成了Pi跟the writer的对话,that's all)
非常不公平的。实际上小说描写杀人、吃人的过程要比电影详细、也更活灵活现的多;

civil war it is!

This is one of the few movies that makes you gasp and sigh in quiet
happiness at its openning credit. Couple of scenary shots, a gloomy but
serene suburb, then room in on the after-snow streets, black coats against
the white world, a boy on bicycle, some celtics melody and u r hooked. So
u hold a lot of expectation very early on, which is a dangerous thing for
the director as well as the audience really. But ten minutes into the
movies u r re-assured that no matter what the story line is, u |

Emotive black and white photography using *gasp* actual film and also
digital. I recommend going with film, though. It's really yummy.
Metaphorically yummy. I've never tried to actually eat it and suspect there
is not enough garlic in all the world. |
