己装难度大吗？属于建筑改动
的一部分吗？版上好像有人自己弄的，但是看不到具体怎么操作的。多谢了。 |

least in the ones I have - so when you press the self-testing button on the
main unit, it will give out error code in a sequence of blinking lightings.
There cud be other things gone wrong here, like the tension spring on the
door itself. Did you try to pull the string with red handle to disengage the
opener, and manually lift up and push down the garage door? if it is too
heavy to lift, then the spring may be broken. |

The handyman found out: when touching the
electricity box, an on/off switch was accidentally touched and made the
garage door power off:)
handyman按了一下开关，马上就好了。哈哈

garage door opener只能开不能关了。
按照manual重新和sensor对上，还是这样。
要关只能用墙上的开关了。
而且墙上的开关要一直按着才能关到底，好的时候不是这样的，按一下走人自己就关上
了。
请教大家伙这是怎么了。 |

发帖数: 3058 | 21 之前的房主用的是90年的 1/3 hp raynor opener ， 没有 门下有东西就不关门的那
个sensor， 也吵， 关键是遥控距离也要很近才能控制。 而且 我经常忘关车库
门， 一开就上一夜。
狠狠心 买了2个新的chamberlain myq belt drive 系列， 一个1 1/4 hp， 一个 3/4
hp 。 花了2天时间 装上了。
装好以后 果然安静很多。 而且可以用手机控制 开关。 长时间车库门不关就会发信
息到手机上通知。
因为有motion sensor， 一进车库 灯就自动亮了。 而且 车库门 还可以调 关门时
间， 我调了1个小时没人管的话车库门自动关。
那 2个 旧的90年opener 居然还 工作的很好。 我扔到CL FREE上， 没2个小时就被人
拿走了。
个人总结 1/3 hp 的opener 开 insulated 2 car garage door 一点压力都没有， 不
知道为啥现在 的HP 都越来越大。 |

家是否应该在disclosure中说明？今天仔细看了车库发现有不少以前的水渍，墙角发黑
，应该是以前地下冒水导致的。我是否能拿回due diligence的钱并要求卖家付
inspection的钱给我呢？因为如果卖家没有隐瞒的话，我是不会买的，也不会让人做
inspection。我知道inspection的钱比较难拿回，但是希望能拿回due diligence
今天下午房检，刚好中午有一场暴雨，几个小时以后发现garage和driveway依然往上冒
水。这是townhouse，我观察了一下，所以几十栋就只有这一栋有这个问题。
请问这个是大问题吗？容易修吗？第一次买房，多谢！ |

邊平行停車時的上下車安全。
兩輛車的話，可以相向停車， 中間留出通道。只是倒車入庫需要練習。

发帖数: 606 | 37 自己换是可以的。我也自己换过。先把车库门从garage door opener上release下来，
换成手动的，然后慢慢手动放下车库门，因为缺少了一个弹簧，所以肯定会吃重一些。
放下后，看断掉的弹簧内测，一般会有part #，按照这个去买一个就行。换的时候需要
两个人，因为新弹簧很紧，需要一个人用力拉开弹簧，另一个人把一端放进hook里。就
好了。 |
