今年9月29日，印尼國家發展規劃部部長前往東京，與日本官房長官菅義偉會談，轉達
了印尼將採用中國高鐵的方案。讓菅義偉相當憤怒，無法理解印尼政府的解釋；更有執
政黨人士表示，安倍政府無疑蒙受了「巨大恥辱」。
為什麼日本有這樣強烈的反應？日經新聞網11月13日披露，2008年前後就提出方案的日
本，被今年3月剛剛加入競爭的中國奪走訂單。印尼政府9月3日宣佈「日中雙方的方案
均無法接受，將調整高鐵項目」。但在被視為親華派的國營企業部長莉尼‧蘇瑪
爾諾（Rini Soemarno）訪華之後的23日，事態出現急轉直下，突然決定採用中國方案
，日本甚至未能參加投標。
這當中發生了什麼事情，沒有人知道。有媒體認為，有印尼官員將日本多年來經過調查
做出來的地質圖紙交給中國，因此中國省略了這個前期工程，因此不必招標就給了中國。
是不是中國的價格便宜？不是。中國方案為74萬億印尼盾，而日本方案僅為64萬億印尼

中国首个海外高铁项目面临搁浅困境
据1月31日报道，中国与印度尼西亚政府高级官员亲自出场、隆重举行的中国承建印尼
高铁动工仪式，已在21日结束。但这条中国在与日本新干线进行了千辛万苦的竞争后获
得的项目，却在准备中出现诸多问题，甚至合作建设的合同根本没有正式签字。可以说
在仪式过后，这个项目面临的却是根本无法开工的尴尬局面。
中文资料惹风波
在奠基仪式后，中国提交印尼政府和交通部门的高铁营建资料，因为只有中文而受到指
责，被指既不专业，也缺乏对印尼方面的尊重，是国际合作上无法想象的失误。
据悉，中国和印尼为此项目成立的合资企业应提交11项文件，目前还缺少有关开发设计
、工程说明图、野外数据等文件。合资企业现在仅获得建设雅万高铁前5公里的许可。
《雅加达邮报》称，除了缺少文件，合资企业提交的部分中文文件被退回，因为印尼政

还算可以，没有什么过失或是精彩表演。其实这就足够了。只要不要像去年punt return没接住球，俺就很开心了。
Kick off和去年没有太大变化，俺们kick off还算可以,kicker wright脚力虽然没有我理想中的强，但是凑活着用。

这是我们的强项。RAY GUY AWARD 有力竞争者Zoltan Mesko坐镇，俺们基本不怕任何牛的punt returner.

虽然，greg mathews punt return水平一般，但是胜在接球够稳，俺觉得还是让他接好了，像去年老搞个fumble，即使能跑得好，也是最终得不偿失。
Field gaol
新人Jason Olesnavage（其实是个senior了），脚力不错，估计能踢50yard field goal，俺们去年的kicker 47-48到顶了。稳定性还不是分清楚。我觉得他踢球脚力是有了，但是踢出角度比较低，很容易被block。
最后展望下一场。
俺对去年RR对UM/ND的态度十分不爽。他应该意识到这场rivalr |

我认为这部小说，更多的是呈现了一种哲学的两难，甚于作出一种伦理／美学的论断。
1891年小说以单行本出版时，王尔德在序言中写道：

且当然不可能当别得IT人面前说。我觉得进一个公司之前，把自己得long term career
goal说清楚，老板都能表示理解得牙。如果他们找得人得criteria确实不match我得
gaol，对公司对自己将来发展都不利的。如果我真显的那么二不楞登的话，他们应该觉
得我很难相处，不会给我offer的吧。（这些我喜欢做什么工作的话我从第一论面试就
反复强调了）
