不可否认，某些方面，中国比美国是差些，可是你们看到中国的进步了吗，看到中美差
距在逐渐缩小了吗？中国在最近20年取得了长足的进步，就连最为诟病的人权，环境什
么的都在进步，不是倒退！
就像一个家庭，自己的子女都嫌弃父母贫穷，丑陋，难道就都离开家，自己出去享福，
留下老人不管不说，还在外面唧唧歪歪的讲坏话吗？
所以，我说相当不想归的，当然有各种理由，但是请不要老是拿抹黑自己祖国作为一个
理由，有时候是唯一的理由！

1.今后EB2/3的家属子女不算名额，这可以减少DEMAND30-40%；
2.STEM PHD不算名额，所以EB2里不少，尤其NIW都不算，又可以减少10%以上。
所以就算总数不变，也要快很多。对EB3C来说，ICC的限制是个大好消息。
但就和我过去提过的，不能觉得BILL出来了就是LAW了，这么大的法案，在参院众院都
有很大阻力。
一般的讲，参院管辖区域大一些，有时眼界也开阔，所以参院GOP支持的概率很大，这
里很多朋友不清楚，其实这次GANG OF 8出台，GOP一边实际上是其领袖McConnel牵头让
民主党议员联系RUBIO。
众院GOP关注的更是他那一小块区域，所以眼界比较窄，总的来讲，众院里共和党职位
越高，越SENIOR，越有政治抱负的，越意识到LATINO的重要性，所以越可能支持此法案
。例如讲BOEHNER虽然半遮半掩，其实还是希望通过类似法案；当然他不好太大张旗鼓
的喊出来。
参院50通过几乎没有悬念；民主党几INDEPENDENT就有55票，GANG OF 8里面GOP有4票，
