found in Step 1.
Third, do an X-ray of the chest including the esophagus if nothing is found

是注射一些放射性的东西到体内， 然后用机器接受放射出来的射线来看胆囊的情况。
往自己身体里面注射放射性元素，这事听着对我这个外行挺吓人的。请问懂行的各位，
这个检查对身体有没有损害？ 麻烦也告诉我一声这个检查对应的中文叫什么？我好到
国内网站上也搜搜看。

医生说最有可能是GERD，也没有开药，让调整饮食，不吃任何刺激性的食物，然后一次
吃一种刺激性食物，查出对什么发炎
我的症状：
消化系统有时不舒服：上腹（肚脐眼上面一点的地方的中间和左右）有时轻微不舒服，
有时有点hardburn的症状但是部位不固定有时在左乳部位，偶尔胃部有点不舒服，左下
腹偶尔也有一点不舒服，偶尔腰两边也有点不舒服。2月初开始，过了5，6个星期基本
好了，这周一做了胃镜之后又有一点。
暖气/涨气：有时吃了一点东西就有一些饱胀感，感觉食物还在食道里面，很长时间才
消化，不发声的轻微打嗝才感觉食物去了胃里面，偶尔还有点感觉喉咙深处有一点点泛
上来的液体。
体重也减轻了一点(5lbs左右)，但是我一月份花粉过敏很严重，二月份开始胃有点不舒
服，三月份牙疼四月初拔了智齿，现在还比较稳定。

是处方药 DEXILANT 我有段时间一直反酸，胃胀几乎是常态，有时伴有胃不舒服，所以
他给开了些药，但因为不喜欢吃药，觉得情况好时也不算太大问题，就没吃。医生的
instruction也说了上面那些，还提到避免eating late at night.以及加强运动。
跟你的症状有相似之处，嗳气很多，感觉食物在喉咙口不下去的感觉，早上嘴巴很苦，
或者说不清的味道，肯定是不对的了，以前是偶尔，看医生的时候是每天都如此。说起
肾结石，我也有一丝担心，我每天喝超多水，一口气咕咚咕咚就是一杯，一天应该有十
杯了，不过似乎我的身体就像一块超旱的田地，尿很少，一天两三次（早上到晚上孩子
洗澡前），有些担心不知道是不是肾也有问题。有时候是因为什么事，一直憋着，这个
习惯很差。有时候想想实在是挺糟糕的

目前的唐氏筛查试验有两个，一个是在first trimester做的，一个是在second
trimester做的。
First trimester screening包括三个检测：
抽血查free-beta hCG和PAPP-A，外加一个B超检查的NT。
Second trimester screening包括4个检查，都是抽血查的：
AFP， hCG， uE3，和inhibin，因此又叫Quad test。
