酶降解，但溶液配方较复杂，不知道能不能用invitrogen的cell lysis buffer直接代
替？这两样有区别么？
由于测蛋白买的kit只有一块elisa plate,不知道能不能把样本的降解液存起来（-80？
）几周以后所有样品收齐以后一起测？之前的降解物会坏么？

病史：两年前。看西医，让我吃claritin，还有喷鼻子。好了，但是现在想停药，停不
到几天又鼻塞。上个月回国看中医，说需要很长时间的调理。但是因为时间来不及，只
喝了两次药，没有继续调理下去。但是喝了的药都吐了出来，感觉我的胃受不了。
舌苔：偏白色，前端有草莓一般的红点，齿痕很明显（过去3-4年都是这样）。
1. 问寒热,你平时觉得身体很热还是很冷?手脚冰冷吗?还是手脚心发热？

2. 问汗,你容易出汗吗?会半夜盗汗吗?会时常流汗不止吗?还是不出汗的身体呢?
不容易
3. 问大便,你便秘吗?每天有大便吗?大便颜色是什麽?是下利吗?很臭还是无味?等等.
大便正常。颜色比较暗黄吧。大便都比较正常的。
4. 问小便,你的小便是什麽颜色?频尿吗?还是小不出来?还是没有尿意?平均一天几次?

吧（24小时的）。
中药的方子我不是很清楚，不过大夫说先调肾虚还有脾虚，然后再平衡心脏，胃什么的
。喝了两次药（同样的），也不知道是不是因为药苦而吐，我是一口气喝完了的。一次
是饭后（想吐但是最终没有吐），第二次是饭前，结果全吐了。
平时吃比较干的食物就想吐，gag得很多。有些时候喝的时候也会有恶心的感觉。平时
偶尔有腹疼，没怎么胃疼。胸口偶尔也会有隐痛，不是很厉害。胃部没有发硬堵的感觉。 |

加了CPR。
第一次大概CPR+打药，emergency intubation. 五分钟后病人就有脉搏了,HR 120, ST,

们就撤了。又过了没十分钟，Brady down to 30-40s and lower than that, 又 PEA了
.再
CPR,打药。家属有的站在楼道里哭，有的看的心惊肉跳。大概又过了两轮CPR,脉搏又有
了，清行跟上次
一样，ST。于是大批人马stand by.然后就是第三次 code. 这次code也成功了，病人的
心脏恢复了
跳动，好像还有gag reflex 和cough。
最后终于doc跟家属讲在这养下去没有什么可做的了，于是家属决定No CPR.然后大概又
过了20-30分

带着老人的旅行不比自己。吃要按点儿吃，睡要按点睡，风大了会吹着，太阳大了会晒
着，海水太凉了会冻着，带了个电水壶，一个炮弹保温瓶到哪里都拎着，不够喝了就买
两杯咖啡顺便要热水。就是这样老人还是玩得很辛苦，毕竟岁数大了，回家的那天高兴
极了。可对我来说，这是最轻松的一次旅行，不用早起也不许晚睡，开一会儿车，吃三
顿饭，咔嚓几张照片，一睁眼一闭眼，一天就过去了。痛痛快快钓鱼就别想了，老爷子
有兴致陪着钓两下就是了。

清早来到了sea world orlando，太早了，火烈鸟基本都没睡醒，
我对这地方太熟了，所以有点bore，其实常驻这里活着的生灵都挺bore的，除了来去自
由的鸟。
有的白鸟风度翩翩，有的见了吃了就那样，为抢吃的就呢样，真是有伤风雅。
更可怜的是那些缸里的水母，他们估计连啥是bore都不知道
能让我开心的是那个摸ray的池子，照着ray又肥又软又厚实的鱼翅一把把摸过去，比拍
西瓜过瘾多了，实在啊，肉欲极大的满足。
