My friend did set aside 1.5 hour for check in/car return, so might still
have time for dinner at somewhere really close to the airport. 1 hour
should be the time of eating and travel from restaurant to airport.

们家用送水服务，喝水做饭都用那个，人少一个月三瓶。好像老房子不建议用gabage
disposal最好什么都扔垃圾。我同事每年做一次inspection。$100/year我们搬进来两
年都没做过。然后就是septic情理，这个我们也没做过，也有十几年都不用清的。主要
看家里人多人少。我们家养了个游泳池，private water是必需的。
上面#1我觉得太贵了。除了四车库没有什么特别的地方。附近有个很好的daycare不过

坏管道坏掉,花了几百刀换掉.technician 保证是管道的事情,说如果还漏水他会负责免
费修好.他刚走一会就发现还漏水,今天他回来又说gabage disposal那个大家伙坏掉了,
要另外要几百刀.
我家老大不干了,说这个东西到底是怎么回事情,是不是techinician在搞鬼.反正不愿意
再掏钱了.

发帖数: 983 | 9 标准做法是用32 gallon大黑垃圾袋把垃圾装好。在当地library买gabage stamp，san
jose是8块钱，把那个sticker贴在垃圾袋上，放在垃圾箱旁边就好了。注意sticker要
醒目。
当然，很多人就是找个公园扔公园垃圾桶里。
mall的话比较risky，一个是有security，二个有摄像头，抓到了，罚狠重的。 |

标 题: 求助：和前租房公司的纠纷，需要找律师吗？

三月底离开原来住的apartment，他们大概一个月以后给我们寄了一封信，不但不退还
我们的deposit（300多刀〕，还向我们索要600多刀。列出的item非常radiculous, 包
括好好的microwave（说给换了），走廊里的exit灯坏了也算在我们头上，还有我们租
期间让他们修的gabage disposal，还有说要把地毯压平整的钱，还有开门进来的一小
块木板地也给换了，说是我们倒过水在上面才旧的。。。后来我让他们寄evidence和
receipt过来，他们也寄了些照片和receipt过来，大概5月底的时候。自那以后倒是再
也没联系过我们。我们现在倒不在意deposit了，就怕他们还来找我们要钱，或者找讨
债公司什么的，所以在考虑要不要请个律师，不知道这种case一般要多少钱？还是等他
们再找上门了再说？
