point is to focus on speed instead of control on the field, which might
cover up the immaturity of players (not many top players, to be more precise
) by more running and spacing.
The wing guards have all the freedom to push the ball, mostly by making use
of the width of the field with mid-long ball transfer. The middle pack is to
balance the O and X and slow down the other team's counter attacks.
