said that price increase is in the contract.

之所以要转移阵地到咖啡上，是强老对咖啡还有那么点信心，虽然也戒了。但在咖啡上

时间后我东北男人的皮肤都快赶上上海男人的了。同理，男的会觉得，湾区百万小黑屋
，北京上海千万学区房，比美国一般地区的大耗子更好，因为更值钱。女的却觉得缺少
大草坪，环境拥挤，不舒服。吃饭也是，男的随便吃点肉，吃个火锅，喝个小酒，只要
味道好，就觉得生活质量不错。女的还要在乎情调，餐具，餐桌的装饰，等等。生活水
平是个经济学指标，无关个人感受。而生活品质是在生活水平之上的细节。同样的东西
，要是对品质要求高，国内的几乎肯定比美国成本高多了。比如看价钱的话，几刀到十
几刀的葡萄酒味道就可以不错了。国内100民币以下的难以下咽。啤酒同样，美国很多

GS definitely cheated\misled investors and didn't disclose material
