买这房子时都没看到这问题，请问这重要吗？

Roof的frame和beam都有fungus damage。房底也发现

leakage所以也有fungus。
另外substructure上也有fungus，但没给出quote. |

for a extended long time. You have to use them continuously for some time.
try vinegar, it will at least relieve the symptom.
A gallon of white vinegar only costs a couple of bucks. Soak your feet in
vinegar for some time every day, it may stop the fungus growing. A cheap and
effective way to fight fungus. |

头烂了。该房出租了一年半。表面看非常好，很新。主要是下面这项维修，一般的装修
工都不知能修吗？因为是tub处地下面木头有烂了。

you have to shred the leaves first, otherwise it takes years to decompose
leaves that are acidic, such as oak, promote the growth of fungus.
in any case, you should always bag/blow the leaves off the lawn, or, if in
small amount, mulch them. if the soil is already acidic, you may have to use
limestone to reduce the acidity. |

1）缺水： 枯黄，草的叶片很干很薄，挖地4寸看根部土是否很干。
2）fungus： 这个不同种类的症状不一样，一般pattern不规则，比较常见的brown
patch，dollar spot可以网上搜图片对照。草的叶片一般会有从绿到黄的渐变（铁锈色
）。
3）有worm：挖地4寸掀开看有没有虫子，然后草比较容易被拔出来也说明种子吃草根。 |

发帖数: 258 | 48 我儿子现在fungus好了很多了，给大家介绍下怎么治较有效。用稀释的大蒜汁抹最有效
，其次是稀释的盐水白醋。大蒜汁隔段时间抹两天，盐水白醋每天至少抹两次。当然也
让儿子吃完了医生给的药，并且又到另外个皮肤科医生那开了专用洗发水，但总体感觉
还是偏方更有效。
