大约两年前，美国商业部以同样形式制裁了国内著名石油能源企业烟台杰瑞，也是因为
大量设备装备出口伊朗被查出。当时事件出来后我在第一时间约见了美国商务部的专员
，详细了解了事情的经过，作为公司内部业务和教育资料。而后我发在微博上的该事件
资料和涉及美国出口管理法规的评论被包括中国石油报，立方石油网等各行业媒体竞相

还是要用fundamental theorem of finite abelian group，把G分解成循环群的直积，
然后在每一个直积component里选定一个generator，这样G就有一组generator，记为(
g1,g2,g3,...)。
G中每个元素g都可以用这组generator线性组合表示，
g=r1g1+r2g2+r3g3+...
这里用abelian group的convention把群二元运算写成加法。还可以把g写成坐标的形式
g=(r1,r2,r3,...)
这就是fundamental theorem的主要意义。
根据homomorphism，
h(g)=r1 h(g1)+r2 h(g2)+r3 h(g3)+...
根据H的构造方法，h取遍H正是每一个h(gi)取遍与gi对应的Z_n的子群，整个sum变成了

For those of you who say that the big size of the J-20 makes it less
manoeverable than the F-22, i say that 5th gen fighters are not supposed to
be dogfighters, so manoevrability is not an issue because BVRAAMs will
decide the fight in future wars as well as AESA radars. I have provided a

，而高盛是用公司Fundamentals(如earnings, Cash Flow)和竞争以及经济因素作变量
来预测股票价格。
WSJ预测方法的优势是历史价格本身已经体现所有变量的影响和作用，不用担心有什么
没有考虑到或者变量输入值有误。但弱点是环境一变就不管用了。所以在短期预测方面
比较准，但对长期预测就不太灵了。高盛的方法很容易忽略掉一些重要的变量或者误算
一些变量（例如上届北京奥运会中国并没有54% Outperform）。不过从它的前4排名预
测完全正确来看，在预测大趋势方面要优于WSJ的方法。
实际上短期投资者或Trader大多使用Technical/quantitative analysis，也就是WSJ的
奖牌预测法。而长期Buy and Hold投资者主要用Fundamental analysis。应该说各有所
