fundamental的东西是80%的时候都好使的东西。
你要举例子你可以举1千个灵活应变的问题,但它们都代替不了这最基本的 - 走右路,

kobe早年的时候,头基本上就是乱晃,防守的人重心调整不过来,再加上Kobe强第一步
,过人的。那也是建立在这基础人。

威灵汉确实调教了得,Quinn、Jeff到了大四大五,也确实该出成绩了
查胖捡了个钱夹
但是天赋上和顶级球队差距还是挺大的,
威灵汉的问题是,招生越来越懒,到最后球队的奖学金都发不满,
有一大堆walk-on..
Quinn/Jeff毕业以后,中间大二大三的奖学金都只有15个左右、基本没有4*
对ND这样的牌子,算是差到离谱了
所以查胖被迫上自己招来的5*新鲜人,可惜查胖发展球员又不行。所以就悲剧了
查胖的发展球员不行,说的是,他招来的5* OL,搞了好几年,
到选秀居然力量不如QB。fundamental 就不行。。。
查胖自己没打过球,所以设计打法还行,真的对于练fundamental没概念
加上当时学校的想法就是要打造student-ath,
连营养餐都不给,要求球员和普通学生一起排队吃食堂。。。fundamental不可能好
市长一看是这个情况,学校这种过时的幻想太扯淡
所以跑掉了,也是很正确的。。。 |

g**********y 发帖数: 14569 | 18 这个是相关的,手划好了,腿打好了,才能有足够的时间飘在水上。要不然你的身体是略低于水面的,那样换气大多数时候会喝水。如果不想喝水,只好把头转得很厉害,这样阻力就大,游起来累。累了之后,动作变形。。。恶性循环就是那样的。
就象有本书看的,所有的问题最后都归结于:fundamental, fundamental,
fundamental
当然不排除有些健身强人,仗恃着强有力的上肢,不管动作,累一点也游得上好。 |

肌肉记忆基本基于开始身体状态的肌肉感受和完成时候身体状态的肌肉感受。是把动态
的感受变成静态的感受来体会的一个过程。所以要求死球练习,因为如果是live ball
,参数太多,没法好好体会这两个状态。等起始状态和结束状态形成下意识,和开车开
熟了不用想那种,基本就是肌肉记忆了,正确动作的记忆我想就是黑导说的
fundamental。
动态的live ball基本是靠预判步伐等把自己在合适的时间移动到合适位置,然后用这
种不用想的动作,把球看出静态的,用fundamental的动作将球击出。
如果在建立fundamental时候需要很多顾忌,包括迎球移动,包括回位等等,就不利于
最好最快地形成统一的初始和结束状态,这样也就不利于最快速度形成正确稳定的肌肉
记忆。
这就好比开始学走路,不能上来就想跑,就想走正步,或者其他花狸狐哨的东西,就把
最简单最基本的东西学会了,然后再跑起来,比刚开始就想学跑掌握起来更快,而且学
得更

Riccardo的终极问题是太矮,看着动作不舒展。 yulia可能1米55或56。穿上高跟舞鞋
比riccardo矮一点点。同样一个动作让slavik来做就不觉得夸张,因为肢体足够长,可
以让动作跳完满。个子矮了,大动作在短肢体上就显得夸张。 所以yulia riccado两不
适合那些慢慢伸展的动作,他们的策略就focus在跳得快和变化多上面 (这是我的观察
)。yulia的latin fundamental底子其实不强,但她善于表现。后来又补了一阵
fundamental。
joanna可能身体能力更强, 但是,这不是纯运动比赛,这是拉丁舞比赛。 joanna的毛

二、我不清楚怎样解释‘“圣经”“新约”明确要求女人在教会要“闭口不言”’。
我不知道这个教导是不是绝对的,或“明确”。
例如,哥林多前书十一章,
4 凡男人祷告或是讲道(讲道或作说预言下同),若蒙着头,就羞辱自己的头。 5 凡
女人祷告或是讲道,若不蒙着头,就羞辱自己的头。因为这就如同剃了头发一样。 6

System Engineer sounds good but at the end of the day in a pretty mature

二月初,申请PE被批准。注册。注册的时候买了他的EXAMPLE。这时候,距4月10号的考
试只有两个月的时间了。
身边只有一个人考过。他说,很难。你一定要上课,要有至少6个月的时间准备。
还见过的一个例子是孩子朋友的爸爸,考CIVIL。FE考了两次。PE考了两次。在考FE和
PE的过程,老婆孩子全程支持,半年半年的,每天晚上和周末什么家务都不要做,专门
学习。
从学校图书馆借了ME的参考书,上面介绍准备如何辛苦,考过先要感谢家人在时间上的
支持。
和LD说好了,LD和两个孩子都很支持。说就拼两个月吧。
捧着那本参考书,看了两个晚上的书,把自己弄的巨紧张。想想,还是算了吧。年纪大
了,享乐惯了,实在不适合苦兮兮的学习考试的日子了。不准备了,就当考着玩吧。
于是放弃了学习。上班的间隙,倒是把那本例题,总共40道题,老老实实的做了一遍,
大致了解了PE到底是考个啥。觉得里面最难的部分就是英制单位换算,尤其是压力,水
头,伯努力方程那堆东东。其它的是把参考书里经济分析的那部分大致看了一下。因为
那部分从前是一点都没有学过。

章很麻烦,耽误了2个多月,材料才得以从学校寄出。个人觉得申请算是比较顺利。把
我当时准备的情况跟大家说一下也许对将要申请的人有一点帮助。
我个人从这里寄出去的材料包括:
1.国内护士执照的公正,在这里网上找的公证处,在纽约,叫最佳公正,电话
7183212810
2.指纹卡,就在我住的地方的警察局办的,free
3.handbook上的申请表,贴一张照片在右下角(handbook链接:http://www.rn.ca.gov/pdfs/applicants/exam-app.pdf)
这一页有一项是填社会安全号,我当时没有就空着的,没有关系。
4.两张支票,一张办指纹的($51),一张申请的($75)
5.写了一封信,表示感谢,一张纸,很客气的几句话
从学校寄出的材料:
1.中英文成绩单(学校有,我来之前到学校教务处办好的)
2.学位证书和毕业证书中英文版(来之前自己办好到学校教务处办好的,盖好了章)
3.课程描述9门(内外妇儿、精神科护理、生理、解剖、免疫、微生物,好像是这些,
