气，大家互通有无，交流经验。他很热情地让我也试试俺的Fugitive，结果让我大吃一
惊。
他用的是一把Bear的啥弓，测出来２２０多一点。
我的Fugitive，
IBO speed: 337 fps （厂家给的标准速度）
draw weight: 70 lb （目前的最高拉力）
draw length: 29" （目前设置的拉距）
arrow weight: 401 grain （用秤量出来的箭的重量）
peep + d loop: 20 grain （弦上的部件，大概估算的重量）
以这个参数算下来速度应该是303.33 fps。
但是，在测速机上的显示是 281 fps，坑爹啊！差了20多个fps！！！这个Diamond也太
坑爹了吧！！！ |

Diamond Fugitive 60-70 lb.
第一次拉弓不知道能不能拉开，小二把draw weight设置在60磅，draw length 28"。
感觉还靠谱，但从来没有用过这组肌肉群，拉了几次之后手手臂有些酸。这个要练练，
争取练到70磅不抖。
在它的RANGE射了3箭，10 YARD，第一箭瞄火鸡头，正中，第二箭瞄火鸡心，正中。第
三箭想在火鸡头上那根箭上整个罗宾汉，结果射飞了，高了不止2寸，完全MISS。
基本定下来如果买BOW就是它了。 |

纳学院（Claremont McKenna College）政治学教授裴敏欣的文章，文中表示引渡令完
成一事比北京想的还要复杂，而原因其实在于中共统治下的司法制度。
文中说，中国政局最奇特的一个现象是，执政的共产党中，大多数那些在权利斗争中失
败了的，或是盗取了几百万美金的党员们都愿意逃到美国，这个在中共领导人头脑里属
于“敌方”的领土。更奇怪的是，当这样的倒戈发生的时候，中共政府还放肆的要求美
国归还这些逃犯，尽管这两个国家没有引渡条约。
目前，美国政府尚未公开表示是否会将令完成送回中国。针对此事，裴敏欣教授在文章
中说，北京的时机不是很好。近几个月，因为美国政府人事管理系统受到疑似来自中国
的网络攻击、中共当局在南海有争议地区建岛以及中国人权的全面恶化，致使美中关系

钻石厂家还不给我回音。不能等了，没弓没法谢箭呐，还是得去整一把。
到BASSPRO选弓。看了PSE，花里胡哨的，挺好看。小二说你看，上下都是双LIMB，还有
那么多的静音装置，活动的部件越多，越响。想一想，也是这个道理，放弃了PSE。
QUEST G5看着很结实，但要800+。我的巴结特还是600，这个超出太多，不考虑了。
REDHEAD BLACKOUT，小二说这个弓基本上就是DIAMOND OUTLAW的拷贝，并且就是
DIAMOND厂家帮做的。看了DIAMOND DEADEYE，小二说那个弓速度很快，但很挑剔，调试
废时间，而且对箭的要求很高，不然精度会很受影响。左看右看，觉得还是俺原来的
Fugitive合适。最后还是拿了一把Fugitive。

今天，我非常震惊地发现，1946年《远东国际军事法庭判决书》（International
Military Tribunal for the Far East Judgment）网上居然有英语全文，那可是1500
页的文件啊。
我从不知道，这么重要的第二次世界大战的文件，网上居然可以轻易找到！国内媒体好
像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。
我对这个事情很不理解。
这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义
的罪行，都有巨大的价值。可是，为什么大家都不知道呢？这是公共领域的材料，没有

在美国有一种特殊的职业，叫bounty hunter，翻译成中文就是为了领赏而追捕逃犯的
人，因为中文里没有对应的词汇，姑且称他们为“逃犯缉拿人”。
逃犯缉拿人也叫bail enforcement agent（保金追讨代理人），fugitive recovery
agent （逃犯缉拿代理人）和bail fugitive spy （保释逃犯侦探）。逃犯缉拿人并非
司法人员，而是普通人。在全世界只有美国和菲律宾两个国家承认逃犯缉拿人的职业是
合法的，而在其他国家只有司法人员才能缉拿逃犯，普通人缉拿逃犯被认为是非法绑架
，属于刑事犯罪。
在美国的司法系统里，最高法庭处理的第一宗有关逃犯缉拿人的案例Taylor v.
Taintor 在1873年宣判。简单的案情是，1866年康乃迪克州的爱德华?麦奎尔Edward
McGuire被指控盗窃，担保人为他交付了8,000美元的保金。候审期间，麦奎尔回到了纽

今天，我非常震惊地发现，1946年《远东国际军事法庭判决书》（International
Military Tribunal for the Far East Judgment）网上居然有英语全文，那可是1500
页的文件啊。
我从不知道，这么重要的第二次世界大战的文件，网上居然可以轻易找到！国内媒体好
像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。
我对这个事情很不理解。
这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义
的罪行，都有巨大的价值。可是，为什么大家都不知道呢？这是公共领域的材料，没有
版权，任何人都可以自由使用。可是，为什么最应该用的人却不用呢？我不知道，这是
有意的还是无意的，反正两者都一样可悲。
尤其令人感慨的是，最后它们是由一个美国人放到网上，供全世界浏览。谢谢你，

1) If they have the fugitive captured, it will cost minimal 60K a year to
keep him in jail, plus all the legal process and fees.
2) When they have the fugitive dead, they can save the 1 million reward,

怎么在中国帮助一个FUGITIVE,这不是找死吗，很多讨厌希拉里的人还说正好，中国国
安应该逮捕希拉里扔进共产大牢为美国除害，话虽恨，但实际不是开玩笑哦，你可以反
着思考一下，中国大使馆的工作人员敢在美国帮助通缉犯？或者换个地方，美国大使馆
敢在俄罗斯帮助通缉犯逃跑，想都不要想，普京直接抓了仍大牢。 所以了，中国跟中
