为了marketing和形象的考虑，一些厂家会把本质是前驱车的产品宣传和“包装”成是
后驱车或者是“给大部分人是后驱印象”的四驱车。
发动机纵置，并不表明它是后驱车；
四驱车里面，后轮得到一半或者比一半还要多的动力，也并不表明它是后驱车；
前驱车的一个本质是：发动机100%或者几乎是100%处于前轮轴的前方。此法则对于很多
消费者来讲不容易操作：稍微高档点的车子，发动机舱都塞得满满的，发动机上面还罩
着很多外围零件和盖子，这样真的很难看出发动机本身的具体位置，还有前轮轴的确切
位置。比方说Audi的所有车子，除了R8之外，从4缸一直到12缸发动机，全部车子都是
发动机100%处于前轮轴前方的，相信很多人从外表上根本想象不到。
这里再提供另一个容易操作的识别方法：看前轮间距（Track Width, Front）和后轮间

发帖数: 2428 | 8 Formula SAE, 一种比卡丁车大, 比F-3小的OPEN WHEEL的赛车. 主要是由北美各大学的
学生参加, 目前已经扩展到了全世界. 因为容量关系, 每年只有一百二十到一百四十个
队伍参加. 发动机一般来自摩托车, 比如YAMAHA的YZF600R, HONDA的F4等等. 车身, 悬
挂, 转向还有车壳都由大学学生自己制造. 经费也由自己筹募. 一般来自赞助商和学校
社团的经费.
