house. My recommendation below is focused on middle-class neighborhoods with
good schools.
Not all the schools in SBISD are good. Go to SBISD website, and read the
zoning map for each school. Rule of thumb is to stay south of I-10.
In my mind, the best elementary schools are: Frostwood, Bunker Hill, Rummel
Creek, Wilchester. Frostwood Elem. is national blue ribbon school and is

发帖数: 352 | 9 我当时也在Memorial 和 Katy中比较了半天，最后还是选择了Katy。
一个原因是Katy房子要便宜的多。Katy 的房子，在Memorial至少要2.5X,还要旧很多。
如果我钱多的数不过来，我也在Memorial买了。
另外学区还是Katy好些。
如前面所提Frostwood州排名122，而Katy大部分小学排名都在40～50左右，而且不像
Memorial的方差那么大。
Memorial的好处当然是都看得出了，离城里近多了。Katy现在的新房子都在99外面了，
真是远啊。 |

Wilchester area (77079):
* from Kirkswood further west - zoned to Wilchester Elem (10/10), but bad mid and high school
* from Kirkswood to Wilcrest Dr - zoned to Wilchester Elem, Memorial Mid (10/10), and Stratford (9/10)
* from Wilcrest to Sam Houston - mostly zoned to Rummel Creek (9/10), Memorial Mid, Stratford; only a very small portion south of Memorial Drive is zoned to Memorial High School (9/10 but better than Stratford)

看上2个连体汤耗子房，一个在Bellaire,一个在memorial，不知道买哪个了。
房子本身，Bellaire 的新，而且更喜欢，上班开车20分钟，学校是condit，pin oak/
perishing, bellaire high.
memorial的房子要老20年，里面也都upgrade过了。学校非常好，是frostwood,
memorial midd/high.离公司近，可能只要10分钟就好了。但是看房子外墙有裂缝，担
心地基有问题。而且不确定是不是这种老房子会有白蚁问题，比如从邻居来的。。。比
上面的略大，价钱贵个3万左右。
两个价钱差不多。
请知道和熟悉这两个区的同学多给建议。

不大。bellaire high 比memorial high 差一些。
另一个因素是你的小孩由多大。如果你的小孩还小，我建议你考虑bellaire,因为小孩
子学得好不好，你是可以观测得到的,而且还有很多机会来纠正。如果各方面表现都不
错，就继续留在那里。如果你不满意，你再换环境。你可能担心买卖房子的手续费，如
果你让同一个agent去做买和卖得话，也许会得到更大的rebate.
太老的房子维修是个大问题。你要找人，约好时间后，还要等。费精力费金钱。Resale
也是个麻烦。 |

个多月的时候脸上长癣看过她,用她的药好的挺快的.
不过看她的人挺多的,每次等的时间比较久,在Memorial Hermann at Memorial City,如
果离你不太远的话,可以试试.
