1. claim frequency是按照车祸次数算，而不是按照人头算；
2. Minivan平均会比Yaris装更多的乘客。
两者与一个平均假想模型车相撞时，Minivan虽然应该比Yaris更耐撞，但可能受伤的人
数更多，总的医疗费用就不可知了。当没有有力证据时，我相信专业人士的做法，所以
我不觉得claim frequency是IIHS PI的硬伤。
如果你关心“发生车祸时我车里的人 *有没有* 受伤”，那看统计frenquency的IIHS
PI没有问题。如果关心“发生车祸时我车里的人受伤 *多严重*”，那IIHS PI方法不够
严禁，但也不知道有什么更可靠的参考数据。 |

as unstressed. I am wonder why lism is stressed secondarily, but list not.
because I hear they are the same pitch, the same volumn, and the same
spectrum.
I used frenquency analysis soft to analyze them and found no difference
between them.
