place market那里，正宗的法国菜，不过就是要提前make reservation,两间都很hot,
城中最好的，还有荷包要准备好出血。如果要劈情调的话，还可以去canlis（不在
downtown tho),或者cutter's,吃海鲜的，他们的food超赞，waterfront,也在pike
place market那. |

disclaimer：我写的只是我个人的经验，尽量保持中立，但是也难免会有个人偏好在里
面。
看最近版上长草这个锅的Tx很多，我估计我拥有这个锅的数量应该算是比较高的，所以
贴出来我的用锅经验拱大家参考。
这几个锅是我非常爱的一系列，铸铁珐琅锅，这种锅都是铸造出来，外面镀搪瓷。这种
锅一般是炖煮用的，最大的好处是保温，受热均匀。文火炖肉的时候，火力打到最低，
里面还能咕嘟咕嘟的冒泡泡。同时也可煎可烤，真是非常的实用。
我总共有3个这类的锅，分别来自两个厂商，Le Creuset 和Staub。这两个品牌是做这
类锅中最高端的两个品牌，市面上还有其他的厂商也生产这类产品，但是我没用过，没
有办法评价性价比。我选择这两个品牌主要原因是满足自己的购物欲望——因为就这么
点爱好，看上去贵，但是100美元估计谁都有，愿意花在锅上人可能不多，但是我就是

60-70% cooked.
Take out from oven, cut horizontally in half, brush with pizza sauce, pile
with mozzerolla cheese until all covered, add any topping you want (susage,
pepperoni, veggies, etc...).
Put back in oven at 400F, bake for 15mins, or until bread golder brown and
cheese melt. |
