法：
１，打击乐：Fred是我见过的即兴演奏里最喜欢拿吉他当鼓玩的一个，而且他确实做到了
：用各种小工具：比如筷子，勺，金属盆儿，绳子，毛巾，海绵，橡皮锤，铁链子，铁夹
子（听着整个一S&M的道具哈，没错，Fred对待吉他尤甚于在床上折磨一个女人），产生
各种打击音色，再通过效果器的放大和润色，出来的声音比鼓更他妈的鼓。
２，美妙的泛音运用：往往配合极快而短促的双手点弦，这是Fred少见的运用吉他本质中
纯净优美音色的时刻。
３，小提琴弓子，以及其他效果器塑造的长音符Ambient和Drone的效果。尤其当他使用踏
板效果器的时候，那种类似键盘效果的拉长的，层叠的环境音色，味道淳厚，是我的最爱
。听到这部分音乐的开展，你最好闭上双眼，充分享受音乐在空气中凝固，然后从浓郁的
酒香，大麻香中一滴滴渗漏到脑门上的迷醉霎那。百听不厌。
４，凄厉的失真嘶叫；这一刻的Fred, 吉他比Jimi更加邪恶，声音极其断裂扭曲，音符的
选择绝对不在任何可识别的音阶或和弦范围里，完全可视为不和谐的乱奏。根据我昨晚的

MD Anderson是盈利型机构, 那里有医院的收入，所以研究人员
工资比Fred Hutchinson高不少。近几年由于经费削减，Fred Hutchinson

the U.S. They have been rather famous among Chinese gay guys for a long
time anyway.

Fred&Ted are in their lower 30's. 李阮一家人 are more likely around 40 or at least in their upper 30's.
Fred was forced out a couple of years ago because many of their photos were leaked online causing the outting :-)
Now Ted fears the same scenario happening to him as well.
But they in these pictures look so different from those in 李阮一家人's. |

有些想法不算太乐观：
共和党这几年的确被小布折腾散了士气，如果不是老马出场靠剩下几位候选人估计今年
共和党输得很难看。今天场内很多空位，士气看起来比较低落，很多重要人物没来比如
加州明星州长，不光光是台风的问题。只有最后FRED THOMPHSON 和 LIEBERMAN演讲的
时候才算把人气煽动起来。FRED不愧是演过law and order 。
以前不觉得老头加妇女能有多大机会，看今天这个样子佩玲还真是老马最佳的选项。选
ROMNEY，TIM或LIEBERMAN看样子是肯定输，剩下就是输多少的问题。人心都是散的，队
伍不好带。光靠几个老油条激不起党内同志们的革命热情，尤其是年轻点的。今年是
GOP最艰难的一仗，没士气不成。这两天连老右派RUSH为了佩玲的事情都按捺不住疯狂
地怒骂左棍藕粉无耻下流。所以那几位藕粉别老替老马的选择忧心忡忡，保守派都还挺
着没退，老头一切都好请勿挂念。
佩玲绝对是刺激了极左的神经，WHYY这种较中立的几位老左都哼唧哼唧说是个MISTAKE

转， 然后发现， 警车也在我后面， 我围着FM转了两圈， 这个警车， 也跟着我转，
最后， 我找到了parking spot， 停好后， 警察叔叔， 给我打招呼， 说过来一下，
然后给我上了一堂生动的直行和处理拐弯的课。 他说本来， 是可以给我一张140的
ticket， 但是以后要记住了， 走了。
看来警察叔叔今天晚上心情特别好。 车里面还是两个警察叔叔。 |

。跟大多数面试差不多。不一样的是：1、faculty面试多，见了8个人，这一点恐怕只
有MD Anderson可以比。2、吃饭时候PD在场。一般跟fellow吃饭都是大家问秘密问题的
时候，unsupervised，但是整个吃饭时间几个PD和Associate PD都在。
Reputation：9/10。对于不做肿瘤的人来讲，Fred-Hutch的 名气并不是很大，但是对
于hem-onc特别是对BMT感性趣的来讲，Fred-Hutch是预定一的高手。US News排名肿瘤
排第六。血液病特别是BMT恐怕是全美最好的。
Competitiveness：9/10。因为城市好，reputation好，fellow的placement好，竞争力
很强。我是当天面试唯一的一个IMG。他们招人也很看重research，所以面试者中，MD/
PHD有好几个。
Basic research：10/10。这个program恐怕是最重视research training的 |

,结果ticket 完全被dismissed掉了,没有罚款,没有record,不要我出庭,不用和他见面,
不用提供任何材料,完全hassle free.他说在Issaquaah的两个courts的traffic ticket
官司他还没有输过,有ARAG的直接在directory上面罩,没有的也建议找他,费用100多,至
