3， 老公老婆工作都特稳定，特清闲，上班刷网涮到头晕的那种。
4， SF(single Family)房子一套
5, 股票里有几万，今年3月买的， C, FRE, AIG, 赌它们几年后大升值。

1， 家里自己的公司，这几年我们和姐姐家（我们关系特别好）一起建立，20人/1000
万年销售额/上升空间很大/

如果被降级，借贷成本就提高了（要付更多的利息）。加上经济恶化，default
增加，这个future cash flow会不会变负数？
指望政府解救，那要看怎么救。破产重组的公司海了去了，很多都是公司还在，
但老股东手里的股票在pink sheet变成废纸，债券持有人债转股变成新股东。
对这F-2最多DT，不知道水到底有多深的人还是离远点好。 |

美国几大航空公司，united，dalta，northwest都是破产重组过的，现在交易的是新股
票，老股票都在pink sheet里，几分钱吧，呵呵。
本人两年前入市第一单就踩了地雷，上午买，下午公司就宣布破产，第二天股票就不交
易了。过了几天ticker变成5个字母的pink sheet股，在IB软件上不能直接交易，打电话
下单，搞了一丁点散碎银子回来。今年入市两周年时还特意纪念了这笔交易：

a reshuffled Wall Street is closing to rebuild its foundation, actually we
are almost there.
The stable oil/commodity price will also bring hope for the economy, so does
to the market.
One more reminder, this view doesn't mean I will all-in buy today and wish
to sell in next week's rally, NOT AT ALL. I am just expressing my mid-term
market reading.

低于一元的FRE, FNM
低于2元的AIG （班上曾经有一个同学问过现在什么可以长期拿着，当时aig还低于2元
，这个股票以后也许还会低于2元）
既然是长期，你就买了放上3，5年吧。
股价很低，所以少量买一些亏损有限，不会破产；一旦盈利，股价会很高。
但是要自己控制，买上个自己账户资金的5%就可以了。 |

自1993年投资大陆股票开始.已经有16个年头.
对股市有相当深的认识.
10年前开始接触美国股市.但只是限于指数.
因为无法投资美股.
07年以来的金融风暴.造成美股一些股票暴跌.
例如响当当的花旗竟然跌至1美元最低.
于是转而找机会投资美股.
这两年大陆居民可以曲线投资美股.

开始选股就买了C,BAC,AIG,FRE和其他一些垃圾股.
但随后经过逐步研究，发现垃圾金融股甚至是C、AIG都不行.
反而2.54买的SPPI,0.95买的HEB,1.05买的AVNR等一路大涨.
后来才知道这些是生物制药股.
看财报.都是面临负资产.
基本没有收入.每个季度都要亏钱的.
但是在图表上看.纷纷突破250MA甚至是500MA.
有些甚至250MA开始掉头向上.
个别还突破2000年以来的长期下降压力线.
10多年的投资经验告诉我.这些是长期买入信号.
于是我大力调整持股结构.
40%的资金持有BAC和AIB.
60%的资金持有SPPI,HEB,C |

收购美林，而且还不容许消息泄露出去。现在又曝光当时纽约联储主席（现在的财长）
强迫aig保密bail-out资金走向。还有当时的住房委员会压制fre/fnm的消息曝光，等等
等等。
现在这帮人，都如鱼得水，升官的升官，发财的发财，你说，现在的消息，难保没有修
饰和压迫。
上次10月底政府公布GDP不就是一个活生生的例子。 |
