网上查了一些资料，Framingham的Bayberry Hill和Georgetown & Granda这两家本来觉
得位置不错，价格也合适，有点动心。可是去了Apartment Ratings一看，这两处共同
的管理公司被人说的一塌糊涂，以至于只有12%的人推荐，实在是有点害怕。请有经验
的同学帮忙说一下这两家是不是真的这么差。
另外通过Craiglist上的中介找的房子是否可靠？
基本要求：2室1厅或以上，Framingham及以此为中心十五至二十分钟车程距离的town均
可接受，当然，相同条件下偏好Framingham及靠东边的town，价格最好在$2000以内。
适合家庭居住。安全，安静。

Well it's city. so there is always dumps in city. Rt9 and east is urban and
not so great.
Money must be talking about the west Framingham and figure it won't be
negatively impacted by its eastern citizens.
and when you throw in inexpensive education at Framingham State. and many
many health care choices. This is like perfect profile for those people to

的，70分钟，早晨，但路上不算堵。回来搭火车的，3.5hrs -_-b。
所以，1）两头都是有火车的；2）如果自己开车，错开点高峰时间，即使全程也不是那
么可怕；3）by the way，我刚刚看你以前发的帖子，如果你妻子还是在你问的那家公
司工作，我在Framingham AMC对面的停车场上每天早晨看到有那家公司的班车进城——
所以我assume它们也有班车到framingham办公室？ |
