弹簧这个问题你要考虑到一般美国人换房的时间是10年不到。
：Metal Framing 的 cost 比 wood framing 只多 15% 其实。
：但这个国家就是体制天灭，因为 contractor 的行业私心。。。一个例子就是让
：contractor 给换车库门弹簧，contractor 只会换十年寿命的，也就是最短寿命的那
种。。。要上三十年寿命的弹簧，contractor 就 mark up price 非常多，几乎可以相
当于收 100% 的手续费。。。说白了就是巴不得弹簧十年坏掉，这样有饭吃。。。而一
般大众又不懂。。。当然这还是有国家行规的前提下，否则大部分 contractor 巴不得
给你换三年寿命的弹簧。
：确实是体制天灭，不过换啥国家都差不多。。。唯一的一次例外，是当年的日本车用
汽车寿命灭掉了美国三大汽车。。。后来美国汽车也只好延寿。。。否则我们现在汽车
也得五年一换，不换就路上死机。 |

Body-on-Frame基本上车身结构是数根大梁，钢条构造成一个平面。
Unibody车身结构是构造一个钢笼子。
卡车用Body-on-Frame很容易理解：成本问题。 Unibody车身设计，特别是相应的生产
线设计起来起来非常困难，不太计成本的时候，比如坦克，基本就是Unibody。 |

下面），每根木条下面也装了三个支撑．问了安装师傅，他说这个就是标配．还说我最
好应该买一个bed frame或者多买几根横木条，不然床架很容易坏的．
我昨天去sam's买了一个据说是均码(twin/queen/king都可以用的)的bed frame．但是
买回来才发现上面有一行小字，不可用于有footboard的床．．请问有没有bed frame可

如果本来已经有frame那就是replace。没有frame才需要new construction。
不管是木头的窗户还是vinyl的窗户，frame跟窗户基本是分开的。 |

题是窗户实际透光玻璃的部分会变小，装好后除了木头的frame、还有白色的vinyl

body-on-frame的话，碰撞时的表现就要看撞击位置了，很难预测
因为frame本身强度再大，如果撞击位置不赶巧，比如说比较高一些

那种检查就是1-2分钟，所以很多东西都写得比较严重
frame damage可大可小，有很多bupper cover有点痕迹也被评为frame damage

车子也非常干净， 6800 before tax and title
但是check了autocheck 和 carfax， autocheck上有Frame/unibody damage record(s)
，而且autocheck说“Unfortunately, this vehicle does not qualify for our
Buyback Protection program”， carfax上没有这个纪录。
还有个问题， 这个车06年的， 但是carfax和autocheck只有10年4月份开始的记录 没
有其他的。所以还想问一下这个是什么问题？
