美国油井的增加都是在私人土地上的. 政府土地上基本没有油井增加.
其次, shale oil是用fracking技术开采出来的. 而左逼对fracking一直就是大肆鞭打

咱們整個美西一直延申到阿琉申群島，日本台灣是全地球最活躍Pacific Ring of Fire
，加州的St. Andrea's斷層是超級斷層，除了加州中段曾經在近百年有過七級震外，整
個美西連西雅圖都在這危險區內。南加和北加未來三十年發生6.7級以上巨震的機率是
21%和59%，簡直就是開了包票。
更可怕又可惡的是加州農民大量抽取地下水後原先的下蓄水層和空隙變空，使岩層受力
