解冻：快速方法——冷水解冻法：将仍在包装内的火鸡至于水槽中，并完全浸泡在冷水
里，按照每磅1小时来累加浸泡时间，如6磅重的火鸡则需要6小时的浸泡，并每半个小
时换水一次。
常规方法——冰箱解冻法：将仍在包装内的火鸡放在托盘上至于冰箱的保鲜格内，按照
每磅5小时来累加解冻时间，如6磅重的火鸡则需要30小时才能完全解冻。
注意如果购买的是已经填入配料的火鸡，则不需解冻，要按照包装上的说明进行处理。
腌：先里外抹上料酒，再抹炒过的花椒盐。多揉！肚子里放姜，入冰箱至少一夜。(中
国式的就加些酱油)
烫＋晾干：烧一锅水，水开后加入一汤匙醋、一茶匙苏打(BAKING SODA)，把腌好的火
鸡(不用洗)放入，这是密方也是整个工艺中最‘危险’的环节了，小心别烫伤喽。如果
容器小水不能淹没火鸡，可用大勺不停地舀滚水往上浇。少了这步，味道口感就不一样

这里我只讨论维基的这个长篇里的一段，这一段是关于阿波罗使用的照相机的胶卷是否
能够在月亮上正常工作的。由于不像地球，月亮没有大气的保护，月亮表面的高低温的
差距和变化很大，具体地说就是差不多低温从-100到高温+100摄氏度的温差。
首先，我必须提醒大家一点，那就是这里提到月亮表面的从-100到高温+100摄氏度的温
差并不是说阿波罗使用的照相机的胶卷也达到了这样的温度，因为胶卷到了-50或+50摄
氏度恐怕就不能正常工作了。当然了，温度只是月亮表面恶劣环境的一部分，还有核辐
射也可以使胶卷曝光。

发帖数: 472 | 12 4个月上的辅食,6个月以后给娃往daycare带的饭基本如下:
早餐:
小米,薏米,小小米(quinoa),糙米(brown rice)等用blender 打成粉,做的时候,1 cup
of mixed powder,2 cup of filtered water,大火煮5分钟,然后小火3-5分钟就好了,
煮的时候要不停搅拌。这个量，4oz的小盒大概可以装5盒。因为水用得少，这个煮完了
是非常非常稠的，基本就跟米糕一样。因为我用的是塑料盒，虽然写的是microwave
safe，但一般我都让“粥”凉一凉再放盒里，打标签，放冷柜，周一一起拿到daycare。
吃的时候，老师会拿一盒解冻，跟奶粉用blender搅一起，然后再加一点Gerber cereal
，就可以给娃吃了。其实不加Gerber cereal也可以吃，但是感觉加一点口感更滑一点。
“粥”里除了杂粮米，豆子，蛋黄什么的都可以放。
午餐：
我一般是去附近的farmers market买几种应季的蔬菜，回来和organic meat一起蒸熟，

不过那个太不正宗嘛,所以自然不该对食物本身产生偏见，也许只是我没吃到好吃的意
面而已~~ 刚来到这边，超市里的各式意面酱多到让人觉得这意面真是够简单呢~ 信心
满满的把面煮好，拌酱的时候就想像着吃到嘴里的美味，可结果出乎意料的难吃，lg安
慰我说意面就是这个样子的….. 虽然没有再用那个酱，可之后的意面还是一次次的难
吃，只当打发存货吧~~~ 直到看到小苹写的意面文章，才对意面有了更多了解，而且她
的描述比书上说的生动多了，那些照片更是吊足了人的馋瘾。另外那个韩剧pasta也是
我的意面启蒙呢嘿嘿~~ （我还是觉得这个比料理新人类好看）。
这个肉酱意面够传统够经典，不过有点复杂（其实只是耗时而已），所以之前我先按
书上的简单款打基础，按着食谱来就连最简单的大蒜橄榄油意面都非常好吃！ 记得第
一次做这款的结果，和小苹的照片相比我做的明显颜色浅，红色主要来自胡萝卜的颜色

菜谱一：Pasta with hidden vegetables （适合9个月+）
这个是从Top100 baby purees这本书里看来的，我改良了下
材料：
1勺橄榄油
½杯洋葱 切碎
1片蒜
½杯 butternut squash 切碎
半个胡萝卜 切碎
½杯 Zucchini （可用其他蔬菜代替，如蘑菇，土豆，茄子）
半个番茄 中等大小 切碎
1大勺番茄酱
1片American cheese
1杯水或鸡汤
做法：
1．橄榄油入锅加热，放入洋葱和蒜，炒出香味儿
2．加入squash和胡萝卜，炒4-5分钟
3．加入Zucchini炒2分钟
4．加入番茄/番茄酱/黄油，炒2分钟
5．加入水or鸡汤 加盖中火焖10分钟

面包机揉面发面：水 1 cup，油 5 tbsp. ，鸡蛋 1 个，糖 6 tbsp.，奶粉 ¾
cup，
普通面粉 3 cups，酵母粉 2 tsp.；
1.5 小时之后，取出面团，分2 或4 部分，分别擀平，
然后依次撒匀红糖，面粉，桂皮粉，蔓越莓干，卷起来，
表面可以薄薄刷一层油，二次发酵；
烤箱华氏 350 度，15 - 20 分钟左右，表面金黄。
（具体烤多长时间有点儿记不太清楚了，各家烤箱温度不同，请自己注意）
放凉，然后密封保存，凉透以后再切片。
和商店里卖的Swirl cinnamon raisins bread 不相上下的。还没有什么添加剂的。

虽然烤制的味道蛮不错的了，吃了不少，让朋友们带走不少，可最后收拾的时候发现，

得想办法吃呀。下面就介绍一下我想出来的一种吃法：
面团：
½ teaspoon 盐；
¼ 杯 食用油；
¼ 杯 温热的牛奶；

蔓越莓干桂皮粉面包卷
面包机揉面发面：水 1 cup，油 5 tbsp. ，鸡蛋 1 个，糖 6 tbsp.，奶粉 ¾
cup，
普通面粉 3 cups，酵母粉 2 tsp.；
1.5 小时之后，取出面团，分2 或4 部分，分别擀平，
然后依次撒匀红糖，面粉，桂皮粉，蔓越莓干，卷起来，
表面可以薄薄刷一层油，二次发酵；
烤箱华氏 350 度，15 - 20 分钟左右，表面金黄。
（具体烤多长时间有点儿记不太清楚了，各家烤箱温度不同，请自己注意）
放凉，然后密封保存，凉透以后再切片。
和商店里卖的Swirl cinnamon raisins bread 不相上下的。还没有什么添加剂的。
