在一个小CRO干formulation刚几个月，想请教一下大牛们以后的发展：
1. 现在的工作涉及小分子药的solid，emulsion，injectable好几种剂型，也有些GMP
的经验，2-3年后这样的经验跳大药厂容易么？ 是只能去generic，还是generic，
brand都可以去？ 以后的职业发展大致有哪些方向呢？
2. 感觉现在brand里面招bio formulation的挺多，bio formulation能从小分子
formulation转过去么？
3. 未来5-10年，小分子的formulation的市场行情是看涨呢还是看跌呢？ 身处东岸，
总觉得药行业不稳定，总想着未雨绸缪......

都是需要Ph.D. 加 2-3 年工作经验。 但是工作的偏向和地点有不同。有点难以取舍。
想在这里请大家看看， 帮忙出出主意。先谢过啦！
1. Early research formulation 职位。做vaccine的。 site 和组规模很小，在波士
顿大城市，整体biotech 机会多。这个formulation 组 规模很小，暂时还没有boss，
以后可能招一个新的boss。但感觉风险就是因为是很上游的POC类型的work。job
security不高。如果公司有什么风吹草动，整个cite 都危险。
2. 大的CMO公司的formulation职位，在RTP地区。好处是现在公司在成长期，有
expansion比较快。做的东西可能更偏向development和manufacture，job decurity可
能会更高。消费低一些。不好的是不像波士顿的大城市，而且老板已明确表明时间不会

想请教前辈们，小弟是化学方面的phd，fresh，找工作看到formulation的技能比较符
合我的背景，research当然就差的比较远了，无论怎么申请都拿不到电面，估计是大部
分都找了pharmaceutical sci的学生的缘故。想问一下怎么才能入这一行呢？找很小的
cro做起，以后往上跳，算是一条途径么？还是这条路比较看出身？

the #1. I will highly recommend him if you can enter MIT.
If you just want to find a job in big pharm in the future, then go to the
area of traditional formulations , you can check the following:

What is the point to make "sustained release formulation" for class III drug
(high solubility, low permeability)?
