y come from? I'm specifically referring to blessings of council or when exte

Mormon priesthood blessings are supposed to be the words of the Lord and the

发帖数: 71 | 14 长长的AUD考试结束了,考试的题目基本上和BECKER的题目差不多,有些题目虽然没有
BECKER的那么STRAIGTFORWARD,但是也没那么难.
5个章节对我来说都是平均分配的,除了第一章和第四章的东西在选择题少点外,其它几
章都是比较平均的.不过AUD的东西本身连贯性就比较强,也很难说具体涉及到哪一特别
章节.
我考了很多internal control和attestation, compliance & review 的东西，什么
control enviornment啊，怎么去test啊，还有pro forma F/S，很奇怪，考了好几题。
还考什么management discussion & analysis是什么目的，我书看的不仔细，考完就知
道错了。其它题目多是比较连贯性的，唯一没考的就是government audit.
simulation简直就蒙，我都是边research当场理解做的，考了communicate with those
charged with governance, 什么oral written 要不要 document，唉。。。什么要不

发帖数: 89 | 15 我的感觉怎么这么奇怪呢，遇到很多深入的感念题，什么关于MD&A，pro forma 的，不
是那种wiley和becker书里面，留于表面概念的东西，反正大概理解了，根据逻辑就能
猜出来答案。我遇到的概念题都比我上次考试遇到的深入。
哎，我是快考伤了，一直觉得auditing里面有些逻辑性的知识，自己理解的挺好，没
想到这次遇到了一些偏僻的考点，反正是becker书里仅有一段话或者几段话的内容的扩
深，建议大家有时间看看AU STANDARDS在PCAOB网站有，能加深理解一些偏僻的准则。
sim我遇到的更是全面，从报告观点，格式怎么改动，到test of control,
substantive procedures，quality control system等等真是应有竟有，每个sim差不
多25个选择.真个做的我头大，这次我可遇到了概念深入，细节广泛的题了，真是费脑
子，谁有我这么倒霉啊，想想都伤心，becker书看了有五六遍，题目也是，wiley题目
做了三遍，正确率差不多平均80%，可是考完了却感觉不好。
上次感觉还不错，才考了72，这次感觉特别难，不知道能考成什么... 阅读全帖 |

dividend distribution 的 project(从一个entity distribute 到另一个），不是每
个月都有，主要包括一些 forecasting 和 prepare pro forma financial
statements,最近刚开始一个 fixed asset 的 project, 要帮 financial analysis部
门做 variance analysis, 还有一些 roll forward 要做，另外我们这里的 treasury
老是出错，我的职位和他们打交道很多，经常跟在他们后面给他们纠错就很耗费时间。
我们这里其实主要也是人手不够，每个人都 overload，我想请问mm, 你们公司行业是
manufacturing 吗？我好像感觉 manufacturing 会轻松些，而且商业流程也容易理解
