The structure of my program:
Form1 (main form):

After the program open the Form3, I clicked on the OK button at the top-right
corner of the form. Form3 was closed, and then I closed Form2 and Form1.

.aspx, Form4.aspx.
这四个页面的顶端都有如下四个链接：
Form1 Form2 Form3 Form4
他们分别连接至这个四个页面，其实就是navigation links。
【重要】只在Form4.aspx上有一个Submit按钮，提交用户在所有四个页面上提供的
所有信息，其他3页上面只有表格，没有任何Submit 或者 Next step 按钮。
当用户填完Form1的表格，他可以点击Form2或者Form3或者Form4继续填表。
这种情况，怎样收集所有4个表格的信息并将他们在Form4.aspx页面上通过点击Sub
mit提交呢？
我知道可以用Session, 但是当用户填完Form1后点击任何其他3个链接去继续填那几
个表，我就不知道如何才能将Form1的数据收集起来，因为它上面没有任何Submit或
者Next step按钮。如果有onLeave()函数就好办了，不过好像没有。
肯定有人做过这个或者类似的，麻烦指导一下？谢谢！ |

12月初考的CK，本周三拿到成绩237/99。
准备时间约6个月。开始大致看了下kaplan notes，过了一遍妇产科，外科和精神科，
因为内容太多太细，没有耐心继续看，所以内科和儿科的notes基本没看。接下来就开
始做UW 题库，总共做了两遍，第一遍分科做，正确率60-70%，第二遍mixed模式，正确
率在80-85%之间，第二遍刚好在考前做完。在做UW第二遍的同时穿插做了4套NBME模考
题，具体时间和成绩如下：
考前1.5 月: Form4 530/224
考前4周： Form1(offline) 大致85%的正确率
考前3周：Form2 660/250
考前2周半：UW sim test：250
考前2周：Form 3(offline) 大致82%的正确率

下面开始超级啰嗦，如果受不了的朋友请直接跳到最后一段。
终于拿到了CK成绩，相对于模考来说分数不太理想，看到成绩的时候心情很复杂，既松
了一口气又觉得有些失落。不过这毕竟标志着两年usmle生涯的暂停（step3还没想好什
么时候考），也是时候回馈一下麦地了。我这是慢动作+超级懒人考经，当作经验也好
，教训也好，希望对后人有帮助。
说来惭愧，其实去年就考完了CS，鉴于一贯的懒人作风，觉得时间还早，于是一点紧迫
感都没有，考完就一直混着，此间过程不提也罢。总之浪费了好几个月，年初开始又是
生病，怀孕，等到人的精力恢复过来已经进入三月了。一算预产期，紧迫感突然就来了
，不见棺材不掉泪的典型。所以真正复习时间是3月中旬-7月底，4个半月时间，全职。
话说3月终于开始吓得出汗的时候，突然就得到了久候不来的volunteer机会。医院很远
，单程1个多小时，而且因为打算去两个不同的科室，一周要花两个整天（晚上回家不
看书，汗）。然后每周日懒人我还雷打不动休息一天，所以一周看书4天，每天6-... 阅读全帖 |

了一个10刀卡的REBATE，早就收到了，用的那个form3/31就过期了。现在求得这个FORM
也是买25反10刀卡，还可以做吗？ |

偶就是靠运气比较多了，汗~~~，从2月到5月中，偶花了3个半月，开始杂七杂八的书看了一堆，
什么MKSAP，还看了些家庭科专科的书，浪费1个多月不知道在干吗，后来用了UW，做了2
遍，kaplan note都在考前2周看的，只看了精神病和妇产科，妇产科我考前一礼拜还是low
performance打星号，突击了一礼拜后，最后考试居然在high performance。强烈推荐妇科的
kaplan note。fisher的录像偶实在看不下去，罗罗嗦嗦的，他不是偶得风格，听了半集就听不
下去了。偶的NBME都很低的，form 1才500，form3和form4都是考前一周做的，都只有
550，最后不想再拖就去考了。偶作题目一直很快的，性子也比较急，UW和NBME每个
block都是剩20多分钟的，考试时紧张比平时要慢，每个block大约剩个15分钟，然后回
去检查，结果又改错了很多题目，回家一翻书后悔好久，偶有碰到NBME的类似题，可是
我还是做错了~~~。所以还是建议大家好好弄清楚NBME，控制好时间，剩下7-8分钟就差

发帖数: 75 | 21 漫漫考版路,终于完成了第一步,这个成绩我很满意, 从没有奢望过99,心想只要能上95,
我就上来给大家汇报一下,说一说教训和感受.
1 不要浪费太多的时间看书,一遍足够,有个印象就行了,然后在做题的过程中,有针对性
的把基础 知识再过一下.我复习了整整一年,FULLTIME,一方面复习方法不对,看书时间太长,一
方面还是效率不高,时间抓的不紧,延期了好几次.
2.复习资料:UW+FA+KAPLAN NOTES+GAOJIAN RRP
3 UW 至少2遍,FA至少背两遍,FA很重要很重要!!!!虽然没有COVER所有内容,但是背熟了
,拿95不成问题.
模拟成绩如下:
Form1 460 (3 month ago)
Form2 490 (2.5 month ago)
Form3 580 (2 month ago)
Form4 510 (2 month ago)
Form5 510 (1 month ago)
form6 510 (2 weeks ago)
form7 560 (3 days ago)
考试感受:
提干比NBME长,平均4-5行,大部分考点很明显,每个BLOCK3-5个不会 |

form2 80%， offline，2 months ago
Form3 77.5%, offline, 5 weeks ago
Form4 490/220, online, 3 weeks ago
Form6, 510/225, online, 1 week ago
我下载了form5的答案，发现做对了160/200。其他都还可以，就是behavioral science
的performence差的一塌糊涂，直接到了最左边。另外有4道题是出于低级错误，例如把
问题给读反了（类似increase看成decrease），但是真正考试这种错误不可能避免，甚
至可能更多。2天后就最后一天，真诚求建议考还是不考.虽然成绩都稳定在90-94，就
怕一不小心掉下90，到时候后悔不及，毕竟考试这一步是我们唯一可以自己控制的。延
期考的话，怕也提高不了多少，因为最近两个月我虽然感觉提高了不少，但是NBME成绩
基本上没变。先谢谢。 |

Tubular adenoma: most common polyp, the head of the stalked polyp has a
lobulated, mushroom-like appearance.
This is consitent with the figure presented in the question. The stalk of

And clearly the outlook, shape, and texture is more like adenoma, not
