的不是那个affordability的percentage，而是能afford的人口数和房子总数的比例。
这里看百分比是没有多大意义的。只要还有人能买得起还愿意买，即使affordability
只有15%又如何呢？

才废除的），美国妇女获得投票权还没多少年，大概国会里没几个女议员。她是历史上
第一个中国人，也是第二个女性在美国联席国会讲演。在她的１０分钟讲演中,气震山
河，多次被两会议员全体起来长时间的鼓掌所打断。

那个时代别说中国女人，就是美国女人在政治里没有什么权利，是受歧视的。整个国会
参众两院女性议员凤毛麟角。
她的讲演不卑不亢，气势磅礴，正义凌然，震人发聩，赢得无数次参众两院全体起立鼓
掌。她的讲演对赢得美国对中国抗战的支援起到了很大的作用，你我没有变成日本的亡

I drive a nissan altima which is equipped with one-button start. I never
forget to turn off the engine, and I don't think there will be ANYONE who
can forget.
Why?
First, if you don't turn off the engine, the doors are locked. You try to
open the door and find them locked, then you realize you didn't turn off the
engine.
Second, the car will make some warning sound you simply cannot ignore. If
you hear that sound, you will realize the engine is still on.
