delta.com.
In fact recently I booked another round trip between US and HK from UA, they
don't show any foreign transaction charge. Definitely I will call Amex to
figure out what is going on.

的美国信用卡,比如Sapphire Preferred啥的。
还有，Delta的网站不能用Discover，我觉得有点神奇。
或者可以去Priceline之类的定就不需要了手续费了，不过你要拿3%的话就不知道啦，
不熟悉AMEX的卡。而且都是Biz卡了，手续费就小意思了吧，lol... |

delta官网买中国出发的机票是rmb单位，你买的时候没注意到吗？
以rmb结算就是foreign transaction，不管Amex还是Citi都是要收费的
你如果去priceline之类的，就是美元结算，没有fee |

I have stayed in France/Switzerland for two years with US cards. Basically
you only need to pay automatic vendor machines with chip cards, like public
transportation and parking. Otherwise, regular US cards are accepted.
If you need to shop online in Europe, you have to obtain a local card.
International cards are not recognized by most online merchants. |
