如果是这样就买225或者235了 因为有scosche心率带 但挺需要cadence 和室内跑步机

, not 620 for an "elite":))). I have never used a heart rate monitor or a
footpad in my previous trainings. I guess that this new watch will be fun
to play with. Hope this one will work better for me than the 310xt.

I just found that the weight of Garmin 610 is 2.54oz, even heavier than
Garmin 310XT (2.5oz). Unfortunately, I have already placed the order.
Luckily, the Garmin 610 with HR and Footpad can be used by cyclists. I will
give this new watch to my son-in-law who is a member of Standford University
cycling team.
If the weight of Garmin 310XT still bothers me during long runs, I may go
back to buy a simple Timex GPS watch. |

速度，现在跑到10mile了就算不准了。我看了大家推荐的910XT，觉得挺满意，屏幕比
FR220大多了，显示信息也多。
但是910XT好像不能测cadence，是不是加个footpod就行了？这样是不是连其他的
running dynamic都能测了？
目前只是跑步，将来也许会加游泳，也许若干年后会搞三项吧，呵呵。如果单纯为跑步
，910XT＋footpad比FR220如何呢？

我上周四按照板上的建议，把CFSE浓度降低到0.5uM,10^7cell/ml室温label 8分钟。
昨天取popliteal LN FACS了一下，所有老鼠的都有很多的OTI细胞，也有很好的
proliferation，在wt/ht/mt里边proliferation的区别也看到了。
估计是我之前用的CFSE浓度太高了，T细胞CFSE label以后都死光了。
真心感谢版上大家的帮忙！
需要比较WT和MT的dendritic cell antigen presentation的差异，因为MT的老鼠本书T
/B细胞和wt有差异,所以把老鼠breed 到RAG deficient background里。
实验是这样设计的，把OTI/OTII （2-5×10^6 cell/mouse） 细胞通过静脉注射打进老
鼠体内，一天以后footpad注射OVA+LPS. 再过72小时harvest popliteal lymph node，
看OTI/OTII增殖情况。因为是RAG deficient 老鼠，所以做tail vein injection前没

化。做了免疫能力测试，footpad assay，发现ko小鼠免疫能力下降。 老板想让我去测
免疫相关基因western，我测了nfkb，没有变化。
请问还有什么其他重要的免疫系统基因吗？
