北京时间4月1日，国际足联在其官网发表重磅消息，由于南非的世界杯筹备工作令
国际足联感到十分不满，再加上前不久世界杯预选赛中科特迪瓦队主场发生球迷骚乱死
亡事件，因此，将正式取消南非的2010年世界杯主办国资格！国际足联将在今年6月1日
从新投票选出新的主办国。
在南非获得2010年世界杯主办国资格后，世界杯这一赛事本将首次登陆非洲大陆，
但是由于南非组委会在赛事筹备、场馆建设以及安保等方面的进展一直都不能令国际足
联满意，因此备受质疑。在3月底举行的世界杯预选赛中，南非的非洲兄弟科特迪瓦队
的主场发生了大规模的球迷骚乱，并有球迷丧生，这一事件彻底激怒了国际足联。4月1

这两天在EB2停滞后，不少RD在01/24~01/27左右的同学仍然受到RFE,也说明目前内部还
要进行批准前的预处理过程，这个预处理过程持续多久，暂时不得而知。但是有一点可
以明确的就是，USCIS应该不会像之前那样集中力量去批处理EB23。这也从其他几位同
学的扫号情况得知，在03/23号之后，8月底，以及11月上旬到12月中旬中很多被错误的

前面的布局，白50、52打吃是疑问手，被黑棋顺势长出去，白中腹四子死的很大。
另外65似乎缓了。在O12虎，白就算跳下去也看不到活路。
但是白66又太强，结果又送两子，黑空更大，且更厚实了。
92挡放黑活棋是不是太简单了？能硬点进去吗？可能机会多些？
98打入时，99刺、101退有点一厢情愿吧。这里已经不是棋筋，黑吃住了也就是16目的
后手官子，白尖三三感觉更大。这里黑我会C10单立守空，然后D14尖和C17尖三三见合。
114连扳似乎过强了。这里白棋气很紧，被黑棋117先手贴，再补到119，B13吃打入和
H15逃延气见合了。114单退大概就可以了。
