RD: 7/16, ND: 8/3。一直到现在还没收到FP，网上查询状态，485一直还处于
acceptance。看到有许多比我晚的人到approve了，至少几乎所有的人都早就打完指纹
了，真不知道他们是不是把我的申请拿去垫咖啡杯了。不知道FP还有比我更慢的没有？
9/1打电话做了service request，结果看起来SR一点用都没有。现在又过去30多天了，
一切如旧。刚给TSC的follow-up那个email发了信，希望这个能有点用，至少能尽快收
到FP通知吧。打个指纹都这么难，不知道什么时候才能真正拿到卡啊？ |

也可以在你收到485 reciept notice后递配偶的485 (付上你的reciept notice),我律
师说这样是follow to join.
不能在你485 approve后才递配偶的485. 你的485 approve 后就是绿卡身份了，版上说
了n多次和绿卡结婚对移民身份一点都没帮助。
如楼上说的，能会要求去面试，以确定不是假结婚 |

如果我在485批准之前结婚
但是LD暂时在国内不想递交485
这种情况下
是不是只要我的485批准了
那么他就不能在申请了
还是可以按照follow to join
以后他什么时候申请都可以按照我的PD来批绿卡呢？
如果不是的话
是不是如果我的485批准了
他却没有申请
他连B2都没有可能申请到了呢?

不觉得uscis的人不靠引用这种证据 能确立别人follow了你的work，除非他们能看懂这
些个paper
而且没有引用怎么知道是follow呢，说不定人家是自己想出来的。。。
除非是那个别人自己写推荐信证明，或者领域的大牛来说。。。。
我师兄传达的经验是：有客观证据证明的contribution， 譬如高citation， hot
article， feature啥的，不需要找大牛来陈述这个点，只要找对人；刚发的，没有
citation的，目前也没有啥impact看到的东西，要找大牛来吹。。。。我还在实践中，

1. 交485会对opt延期有影响吗？如果有影响，那在opt过期以后，收到485工卡前，我
是不是就不能工作了？
2. 有一种following-to-join（伴随加入）的方式，是在一方递交485以后，绿卡批准
之前结婚，配偶可以用following-to-join的方式一起获得绿卡。我想在他提交485之后
，批准之前，用伴随加入的方式一起，不知道是否可行。另外从485递交到批准，一般
大概需要多久？

卡。所以老婆不想这样也回去一趟，就没有跟我一起办。拖拖拉拉的就这样我今年3月
回去一趟，四月一号回来，一个月后收到绿卡。可是现在老婆的绿卡本以为递个130再
加个485就可以转身份了，结果材料给退回来了，说是不符合条件。不知这种情况如何
办follow-to-join。她自己也有EB2，只是时间还早。本来以为简单的事情好像复杂了。
我这种情况很特殊，一般律师事务所都没考虑过。因为一般要么都一起办了，要么就是
130慢慢等排期。不知这样还有没有可能办follow-to-join不用排期，并且就在美国不

期，但是要注意，因为是B2入境，最好等到入境90天之后再提交485。以免被怀疑申请
签证时隐瞒移民倾向。
如果是批之后结婚，貌似不可以follow to join。而是要走家属移民 F2A，这个类别目
前排期在2014年。

或永久居民，所以当然不用follow to join了。
你看其他种类的，譬如给孩子或兄弟姐妹办移民的那些页。那里的follow to join就有

follow through看到弹着点。
除了水泥桌子上没法load bipod之外，我用的据枪要领和Precision rifle里面说的差
不多。打308栓动时用15X镜子，五百码及以内还好；600码时，由于枪口向上跳动，通
过镜子观察弹着点比较困难。打AR则没有问题，六百码可以直接看到弹着点。
霸王硬上弓式的用力拉枪抵肩会帮助控制后座，但是不符合Precision Rifle里的据枪
要领，当然换个好点的可调枪托或者加上muzzle brake会帮助控制后座。我想知道的是，现有普通枪托，能否都过改进据枪来帮助follow through？如何改进？谢谢 |

看看网版高手们的看法，看看和教练的看法是不是一致。so far so good，网版高手们
分析的基本和他教练说得差不多. 唯一一个不一致的地方就是follow through. 这里大
家一致认为要过肩，然而教练从来没有强调要他过肩，到elbow就可以。以下两个pro

intention), it is low-high-low, no way the follow through will be over the

第一，你不能证明Zimmerman follow Martin只是因为这人是黑人。
