要说这首歌的来历，容我来装一段B。
最早的踪迹是一首中世纪的苏格兰民歌，在Francis James Child收集的民歌集Child
Ballads 里面排第二位。“parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme”来自Child
Ballads 里面的第一首歌，不知道是后人借过去的还是唱串了。
现在我们听到的曲子最早出现在Audrey Coppard1956年的唱片English Folk Songs里，
但Audrey Coppard是跟 Ewan MacColl学的这首歌。

自从18年前搬迁到这个城市，我和家人就成为当地交响乐团和歌剧院的积极欣赏者，所
以，经常收到它们特殊演出的电子邮件。不久前得知本市交响乐团将与在美国巡回演出
的中国紫禁城室内乐团（The Forbidden City Chamber Orchestra）联合举办春节音乐
会。刚开始，先生和我有一点点犹豫是否买票观看这场演出，因为紫禁城室内乐团是由
中央音乐学院13位著名的民乐教授/演奏家们组成，而我们不太懂如何欣赏纯粹的民乐
音乐。后来决定还是买票，就作为对来自祖国音乐家们的欢迎和支持。因此，上个星期
六我们在一个小礼堂观看了本市交响乐团部分音乐家与中央音乐学院13位民乐演奏家们
联合举办的春节音乐会，其精彩程度远远超过我们的想象和期望。在异国他乡现场聆听
这一首首熟悉的旋律不止一次使我眼睛湿润，而音乐家们精湛的演艺使我充满了敬佩。
对有幸欣赏到这场民族音乐的盛宴，先生和我都非常感恩。

第一次看，没有感觉有音乐
第二次看，专门注意了下，觉得很好啊。那段用了鼓点的，抑或是非洲部落（or
celtic）的放牧曲？大片里的配乐往往都轰隆轰隆的，喧宾多主。Avatar里的低调,
JC is obviously very confident about what kind of music to use, not to over-
sensationalize everything.
On top of that, I hope he had replaced the theme song with an indigenous Indian folksong.

发帖数: 6689 | 10 这回的音乐的确是没喧宾夺主，纯粹甘为孺子牛；但没有一个令人印象深刻的主旋律也
很遗憾，毕竟music can be the soul嘛。最后的主题曲则干脆令人失望。

前用过无数
遍的音乐元素。Pandora这么一个凭空造出来的世界,让人联想到风中奇缘，与狼共舞，
跟他拘泥于自己
对土著音乐的理解有很大关系。其实就算从现实中的土著文化里取材，可用的也远远不
止狮子王那样的
非洲土著音乐。

主旋律还是不错的, 目前睡觉, 跑步和举重的时候听不同的track...

这博客较文青较文字幽默，推一下。记得钱q神交歌被翻唱时看过，现再温习一些老帖
子发现伊是常客，难怪早早影射过folksong singer的暗黑潜质。暗黑这词，有次没法
看中文，上了google translate看乐手版，结果一段对话是这样的，

半天才想出来Diablo=暗黑，little fresh=小清新，Master=法师。
所以小清新和暗黑分不清的情况我脚着可以叫“灰色幽默”，看着有点黑，其实是有点
