带PIPE一起换(因为两个东东确实锈在一起了). 至少$200. 逼的欧只好去AUTOZONE. 结果
发现了一些修MUFFLER的工具. 又去了一趟WALMART, 总共花了不到10刀就修好了:
工具:
- METAL TAPE: 其实是带胶的铝箔纸. 只是比较厚. 欧在WALMART买的一种3M的, $3,大
约4.5M 长, 够了. 包装上说"DO NOT USE ON MUFFLER", 我也不信. 因为有类似的铝箔胶
带还带了一层胶纸,都说是修MUFFLER专用. 甚至还有一种塑料的交代, 所以这个肯定没问
题. 再说MUFFLER这个地方,再热也不会着火.
- 金属箍子: AUTOZONE有一种很长的,就像皮带上打了一串眼, 带两套螺钉螺母. $2.
- HARDEN(教): 其实也没什么用. $2.
- 欧厨房做饭用的铝箔纸 [FOIL].
- 砂纸: 顺了房东的一张. 自己买一小块就够了.
工序:
1. 用砂纸打磨一下MUFFLER. 擦掉点锈就可以了.

的下面了.今天发现turbo的一根pipe没clamp好,松松的,周围有一些油漏出来.没工具只
好找了些alum foil tape把他粘了一下.以往加速到2krpm时,总很大的噪音.土办法修了
一下,好像声音低很多.下次去dealer那买个管换上也许就会彻底解决问题.

材料：
ranch 99 鸡翅中 一包（20个）,姜沫，葱花
佐料：
生抽，老抽，料酒，花椒粉，五香粉，白胡椒粉
safeway buffalo wild wings sauce 蜂蜜
做法/步骤：
1.提前一天晚上，把鸡翅中用刀在中间划两下，以便进味，放在一个饭盒里，家生抽，
老抽，料酒，白胡椒粉，花椒粉，五香粉，姜沫，香油，揉呀揉，匀了，盖上盖子，放
到冰箱冷藏室里，腌一宿
2.第二天下班回家，把鸡翅拿出来，放暖一些（这时间，我在做别的菜）。用考盘，最
好是带孔的，这样靠出来的油会流到下面去，鸡翅会比较干。下面用一个盘子接着。我
都罩上了aluminum foil，上面的捅了几个眼。比较好刷（虽然是LD刷碗。。。咱还要
体谅嘛）
3.在一个小碗里倒buffalo wild wings sauce，每个鸡翅都在酱里滚一滚，上考盘，鸡
翅摆好了之后，把剩下的腌鸡翅的汁浇上去，然后在每个鸡翅朝上的一面抹上蜂蜜，个
人觉得蜂蜜抹多一些比较好吃。
4。 上烤箱，375F 烤吧。我第一锅只考了16个（烤箱小），所以考了16分钟，然后把
鸡翅翻个面，再抹上蜂蜜，再烤10分钟，就好 |

基本上一块整的, 千万是没trim过肥肉的. 这个肥肉烤好以后
可以削掉, 烤前去掉会太干. 然后放在一个大深的一次性烤盘
里面, 上面抹盐, 大量美国的各式辣椒粉(chili, cayenne,
中国辣椒碎啥的, 根据自己口味而定), 以及optional的调味
粉, 比如oregano.
肥的一面向上, 盖上foil, 烤箱6个小时300F, 夏天千万
别做这个, 取出凉下来削掉肥肉, 电刀切片. 店里都是18个
小时热烟熏出来的, 你如果比较狠就抹一层liquid smoke.
吃的时候要沾酱, 基本上是tomato paste, worchester(?)
sause和liquid smoke, 还有盐糖做的, 偷懒的就买bbq sauce |
