我们是用小鼠胚胎的软骨和骨头染色的protocol。染软骨的话只用Alcian Blue即可。
最后胚胎用BABB处理就会变得透明。BABB危险，而且会腐蚀显微镜，使用时要小心。很
多动物的胚胎都可以用类似的方法染骨头（红色）和软骨（蓝色）：鼠，龟，蛇，鸡，
鱼，蜥蜴，变色龙，蝙蝠。。。而且都很漂亮！
