Compared to call agents, save much time. And the price is good too. But I
didn't try to change or cancel the tickets, so I don't know how their custom

买好后基本是30分钟内或者立刻拿到航空公司确认号，可以去航空公司网站确认。 |

experience with them and got the e-tickets within 2 hours. |

afterwards to verify the info, and I confirmed. Later got another email
about 5 min later, told me that no tickets available, alternatively they
found other tickets which departs 1 day earlier and even 5 dollar cheaper,
I went with that and gave them my credit card info, received e-ticket
within 2 hours, and verified the tickets at the Delta.com, found almost

要你的确切个人信息（比如护照号）来订票的，如果你打个电话和他们说明你的情况，
也许就可以在电话上订票了。航空公司有时会在你订票以后给你打电话来确认(delta就
给我打过），但也只是问你的生日什么的信息，不需要护照号的。 |
