第一次看儿童牙医，发现蛀牙，变黑了。给了两种治疗反感，一种是补牙，一种就是上
药，上这种叫Silver Diamine Fluoride 的药，网上查了查，好像是新出的。牙医推荐
用上药这样治疗方案。
版上有xdjm了解这种药吗？有什么副作用没？孩子才两岁，张着嘴上药肯定很难受，就
怕把药滴到其他地方。还能有什么保守的治疗方案吗？比如说坚持刷牙，不知道能不能
坚持到换牙？

不易啊。
因为奶不够，宝宝一直混合喂养，到6个月断奶。一直买Nursery Water给宝宝冲奶粉。
直到昨天晚上发现这次买的nursery water换包装了，有个很显眼的Fluoride added。
隐约觉得这个词好熟悉，好像不是啥好东西，正好上周没买到nursery water，买了一
罐Gerber的PURE water，上面又明确写了no fluoride added.
于是google学习了一下，以前的说法是少量的Fluoride对宝宝能预防宝宝的蛀牙，但是
前几年American Dental Association (ADA)和CDC曾提出infant formula不能mix with
fluoride added water。因为有研究发现，过量的Fluoride对宝宝有害，可能造成
discoloration to adult teeth。Harvard最近一个研究还发现喝加Fluoride的水长大

发帖数: 384 | 25 是的，你的顾虑是合理的。 早些年开始美国的饮用水里开始加fluoride, 确实有助于
防止蛀牙产生。但是近年的研究也提出了一些诱发癌症的可能性。关键还是看总的摄入
量吧。6个月以下的宝宝ADA和CDC是建议不摄入任何Fluoride，所以如果不是母乳喂养
的话，最好看清楚Nursery Water的标签，找不加Fluoride的。之后可以加一点（因为
开始长牙了）。但是牙膏需要是不加Fluoride的。
等宝宝长大以后，可以考虑和有Fluoride的水，tap water的水质可以去当地网站查到
，如果自己还用滤水设备的话，就需要看看说明是不是会把Fluoride也过滤掉了，那样
小孩可能容易有蛀牙。

acid (TFA)的溶解能力特别强，很好用。可是，高分子（白色粉末）溶解于新鲜的TFA
之后溶液由无色透明慢慢变为淡黄色透明。
是不是因为TFA是强酸有所谓的发烟现象？浓盐酸就是淡黄色，因为含有少量杂质Cl2
。另外， 含卤素或含硝基的化合物容易变颜色,是少量变质导致的吗？

否已经足够了。

fluoride，就是牙膏里的那个主要成分。然后你直接喝都摄入体内了。
