至少你可以等等再打。
因为感冒本身不可怕，打了免疫针，人的免疫反应特异性带来的不确定的结果才让人担
忧，特别是这个H１N１ vaccine是属于因为需要快速应对策略才让它在没有充分的临床
实验数据的情况下进入市场的。
另一个是，H１N１现在是pandemic期，就是说，它会一直存在扩展很长时间（不确定的
时间长度）,早打晚打就差那么一点时间，没什么区别；不象seasonal flu，在一定的
时间里来，你最好赶在这个flu season之前，打那个shot。
所以， 要是我的话，我就等一两个月之后，这个东东进入市场，有相当数量的人用过
之后，一定会有临床统计数据出来，到时候，再决定打不打。

去年和前年都这样，打完flu shot就立马感冒
后来又加一针H1N1，还好没事
今年基本想放弃了，可是有一堆的问题要回答，为什么不打flu shot
顶不住懒，就又去挨了一针
so far so good
就是胳膊红肿了一小块，两，三天就好了

下午4点接到daycare电话，说qiqi有点发烧，让我去看一下。我一路狂飚，进了教室，
就发现她歪躺在一个角落里，抱着自己的毯子，无精打采，眼睛耷拉着。老师说她早晨
都很好，午饭也基本全吃了，就是nap了一会后，醒来大哭，然后一个下午就歪躺在那
个角落里，跟平时完全不同。测体温～99度。刚进家门就吐了我一身。
开始觉得她可能就是普通的感冒发烧。睡了2个多小时醒来， 体温100.4度，要吃酸奶
。吃了一盒酸奶，喝了些稀释的果汁（严重错误！）。特别懒洋洋，而且时不时大哭，
感觉她哪里很不舒服，问她也不说。以前发烧，她都不哭的，最多没有精神头。后来她
要吃西兰花，给喂了一个，结果又大吐了我一身。这才意识到可能是stomach flu。晚
上陪着听了会歌曲，又大吐了一次。每次吐完，感觉她一下就恢复了正常，又笑又唱的

自身免疫力不够不是更应该打么？或者难道不应该去看医生么？至少这边打疫苗如果出
现特殊情况，是可以直接送医院的。

influenza 的strain经常变化，所以每年都出flu vaccine来cover当年可能流行的flu
strain.
对bacteria引起的感冒或者其他virus引起的感冒没作用
打了没坏处，只有预防的好处
而且今年的跟去年一样包含了3种strains，其中一种就是H1N1
我去年没打，因为h1n1的vaccine比较新，也没让娃打
但是去年已经测试使用了，没有听过有副作用报道

也发现几个牛人，比如NIAID的Gary J. Nabel在flu、HIV疫苗方面不错，UTMB有个
vaccine center在DENV、WNV方面好像不错... 但所知有限，所以想在这取点经，集思
