对了,closing cost明细表,是他们给你们的,还是你们去要的?
我们两个都是F1,不过LD已经有了permanent offer, 现在用full time CPT在工作
之前在版上问，大家都说F1很难贷到款，除非付很高的down payment
所以我们买房过程中一直都心惊胆颤的，担心白忙活一场
没想到的是，F1的身份没有成为我们贷款的障碍，loan officer只是关心了一下我家ld
的工作是不是permanent。
关于interest rate，银行给我们的申请上写的是4.35%（15年fix），我跟我家ld说那
个没有locked，他非不信。上周五再仔细看了一下，发现其中有一段说要lock
interest rate的话，得打电话给loan officer，今天打电话后lock了我们的interest
rate：15年fix 4.25% （APR 4.3603%），10% down payment。下面是我们的closing

原以为下下周才到的气筒，居然今天就到了，超级大的一个大箱子，
一堆气泡里面一把小气筒。
anyway,包装很简单，但是拿出来就感觉很不同，非常有质感，而且
非常轻，我原来还以为铁的多重呢，感觉比walmart那个还轻些。
做工不用说了，德国人的东西，真叫一个精致。看看金属脚踏板上的
字母就晓得了，金属头上面的presta/Schraeder字样也是刻在上面的，
非常精致。
直接把俺的驴拉过来打气，打前轮，还是打不进，边打边漏，惊了！！
重新拧一次，再打，同样结果。 再拧下来，得，内胎的金属头整个被
拧下来了。 我估计这个内胎的头就是个坏的（当时店里白送的个）。
看来nothing is free啊。。。我又给后胎打气，一切正常，
打了几下就打到110psi了，很轻松。 确认了是前胎的问题。

1. 我觉得射击运动和其他运动都一样，是个“运动”而已。是不是有暴力的成分在里
面，取决于对这项运动的理解程度。你可以觉得练枪法的人，都是精神病，都准备着哪
一天要去做些坏事儿。但是，也可以有人喜欢的是那种沉着冷静。我一般去靶场回来之
后会觉得精神特别好，心情很calm，特别锻炼耐心。专心做一件事情的感觉特别好。
2.因为涉及到好多小朋友，误伤小朋友确实很痛心。但是，论事不论人的话，我觉得伤
害一个人和伤害很多人都是同样的罪过。如果没有枪，可能真的不会伤害到大众，而只
是拿把砍刀去伤害那个打定主意要杀的人。以下为个人观点：一个与二十个确实区别很
大，是二十多个家庭。但是，疯了的人是无论如何都会走上这条路的。
3.我觉得12楼的sleepingcat说的特别好。这还有一个象征意义的问题。好莱坞电影里
把中国什么古建筑炸掉都会引得围攻，人家倒是很大度经常把自己的纪念碑纪念堂搞掉
也没见什么怨言。这个枪支，确实是个民主自由的象征。既然是个象征，能不能真的保

继续说家防，先声明：我是没有实战经验的。。。
家防是个系统工程，只觉得自己手边一把枪就能家防，肯定是不对的。那么，在有明确
的计划和分工的前提下，我感觉成功率应该还是很高的才对哦~
1.什么地方是off limits的。比如，我能接受小偷小摸在楼下顺手牵羊拿点儿东西走。
但是想要上楼的话，楼上都是自家人……那是肯定在楼梯就干掉了。
2.对自家的floo plan肯定比坏人了解啊，大人孩子遇到情况该躲在哪里安全，咱们自
己知道！要是直接上楼的，等发觉估计人也已经上来了，那就躲起来，守卫卫生间就行了
3.家防肯定不是只靠一杆枪就行。备用在“躲起来”的地方，要有紧急通讯设备，至少
有个手机什么的吧。要是住的房子很大，就痛痛快快装上防盗报警系统。硬件上去了，
软件要跟上才行。
4.不成功肯定是有原因的。我觉得有心人至少都能做到上面说的这些。我家哥哥，不支
持不反对，他自己不玩的，但是我要求的他都能做到！顺路赞一个
