周末下午，大概5点多，曼哈顿65th街和3大道交口，
3大道是向北四车道，65街是向西二车道单行线，但是一般都是一辆车在中间，除非有
double parking。
我从59街桥下来（在65街南边和65街平行）直行然后右拐进入3大道，车很多，我从左
数第二lane左拐进入65街，

the same process. If you knew your LG can not handle the car well enough to
drive the family around, then you take the wheel, and wait until he is ready.

一家四口开着丰田Sienna Minivan在I95上正常行驶，被一辆逆行的三排座FULLSIZESUV

comparable to an economic car. I look at it this way, if I am paying the
same money, what would be the reason for me to get an ICE car? it is noisy,
unsmooth, slow acceleration, can not refuel at home, can not drive on HOV
with single occupancy, does not handle turning as nicely, even, in the rare
event, can not be used as an emergency power generator during power outage.

1，只有裸机，没有charger，cable等。虽然listing里面没有列出，但也没有说没有啊
。买手机一般都会有充电器的，不然怎么用。
2，他说是great condition，9 out 10，flawless。但是我发现屏幕上有一个3cm多长
的划痕，对光可以看见，拍照看不清楚，背面也有很多小划痕。另外右上角有一个dent
，他也没有说。
3，Activation error。他升级到iOS7，但是我用不了，老是提示activation error：

flawlessly.
On vocals in stereo mode, hands down I'd favor it over Pro 750. I am not a
fan of exaggerated bass and 750 just done that for me. However, it didn't
get an upperhand over my beloved AD700, which just performed great in
details on the irish folk songs with modern vocal interpretation |

统硬件不熟，但只要他们能看到你思维的广度和深度就可以。Amazon我个人觉得面试的
题目都比较注重这个人解决问题的能力
那个股票的买入卖出我也第一次被问到这样的变种：就是produce max profit的买入卖
出有多个点，我当时的方案是准备两个list,然后判断的时候不能仅仅找两个点，而是要
maintain两个list, 事后我发现code还是有问题，但在当时时间很紧张的情况下，我觉
得很难写出flawless code去perfectly handle this problem. 个人感觉interview运气
挺重要的，碰到的人nice还是mean占了结果的50%吧 |

发帖数: 727 | 49 另一个重要的职责，PM对自己家的产品要烂熟于胸。不是一天两天能搞定的。从最基本
的来看，pm必须是自己产品的超级用户。对自己产品的有缺点，工作原理要了如指掌。
这是个需要下功夫的事儿。比如我之前的公司是做企业用的webfilter的，所有的pm家
里都是一堆公司的产品用着。PM还要对别家的，竞争对手的产品，以及业界的趋势，发
展方向，环境要很了解。只有对用户，竞争对手以及市场了解，在做事情的时候才有支
点，才会有理有据。当然这些信息的了解方式和渠道有很多，根据产品不同也会不一样
。再就是每个人的偏好也不一样，有人喜欢拜访客户，有人喜欢打电话，有人喜欢参加
会议，有人喜欢做一些活动或者call focus group。不过，无论是什么方法，能够切实
的清晰的了解自己的市场和客户，并把这些信息转化成功能点，做到产品里面，这是PM
的核心职责。
