第一年，给我的monthly rate是$50。如果这一年，我用的比以前多了，下一年这个
rate会不会调整？你们的rate大概都是多少(2 storage house).

I think the rate is not bad if you are going to use more on the first year.
On the second year, they will increate the rate based on the average usage
of your first year. You can cancel it/need to call them to cancel it.
