，否则也不会连任这么多届吧。该市是一个有4万多居民，亚裔只有3.6%的Fitchburg市
，她是第一任少数族裔市长。她07年上任后，很有魄力，把市政府的部门，从20多个一
下子削减至10个左右；同时，大力发展教育等社会事业。所以，08年的金融危机爆发前
，该市不仅实现了收支平衡，而且在不增加警察数量的情况下，实现了犯罪大幅下降。

发帖数: 918 | 5 在城里上班要住的舒服只有commute，没办法啊。我做过commute rail从lowell那个方
向进城到downtown上班，1年多时间里，各种commute的组合都试过，最后还是每天开车
上班，不过我当时的公司downtown有free parking，这个也是要考虑的，毕竟downtown
停车并不便宜。commute rail不能说不好，但是有几个问题，一个是车里还是有味道
，可能我对气味比较敏感，另一个是冬天真的挺冷，感觉暖气开不足一样。另外车上的
位子不舒服，其实坐那里看书看报什么的我觉得还不如在车里听电台和音乐。等车的那
段时间，在月台上，真的是好冷好冷，火车并不是非常准时的，晚到10分钟就人都冻死
了。最后就是如果公司所在位子不是commute rail直接能到的地方，转mbta的地铁真的
很麻烦。boston的地铁又老又破，味道比commute rail还大，而且还经常出事故晚点。
如果愿意长期坐commute rail上班，其实boston附近最远都可以到fitchburg了，再不

１２月要搬到Madison去，现在网上看apartment，还是一头雾水。
大概框定了３个，请local的TX帮我看看哪个好。等搬完肯定发大包子。
budget是max７５０一个月，最好有２个bedroom，实在不行就１个。
因为有娃怕吵着邻居，所以能找到townhome最理想，找不到也算了。
最主要就是要安全，房子新一点儿，管理负责。
１。Willow Pointe
6723 Schroeder Road
Madison West Side/Madison
＄６９５有２个bedroom。
２。The Pines
2302 High Ridge Trail, Fitchburg
＄８４５的２bedroom townhome，超预算了。但要是大家说好的话也咬牙住了。
３。Glacier Hills Apartments

Madison
＄６９０ １个bedroom。
这３个哪个最好？如果都不好，能另外推荐几个吗？（不是学生了，住不了学校的房子）
