标 题: 成都科大川大校名之争

成都科大川大合并时,两校的规模、人数、名气都差不多，
同属教委直属重点大学，可谓不相上下,因此合并时校名很难
确定。不像浙大合并时，几个学校名气相差很大，用浙大作校
名理所当然。
以我的观点，川大不如成都科大。成都科大四十多年的发
展，相当于川大近百年的成就，孰优孰劣,一目了然。成都科
大帮企业开发新产品，出买专利，厂校合作等赚的钱在全省名
列第一。报上登的四川联大一研究生专利卖了七百万，是全国
最富的学生。这个研究生就是成都科大皮革系的。成都科大新
区（现叫联大南区）新楼一大片，川大只有几栋新楼。学生高
考填志愿，文科固然填川大，理科可能没几个人填川大。成都
科大在高分子、皮革、塑料、水力、力学等多个学科在全国都
处于领先状况，而且全校还有四十多个工科专业可供选择。以
中国目前的就业形势，读文科恐怕要饿肚子。两校如不合并，
多等十年八年，成都科大可把川大甩在后面。
