法找到a；
但是当a为vector时，fisher信息是个矩阵，这个情况下该怎么求a呢？

很不错的。她2008 被拒，官司一直打到现在，而且还要打下去。这中间个人的privacy
，career可能会受影响不说，可能还要一直面对支持AA一方的批评。不少人虽然认为因
为AA被拒不公平，但选择了move on。 从这一点上来说，我很佩服Abigail Fisher的勇
气和毅力。
她的背景不强是个硬伤，我在三个月之前就估计到这个结局了。第五巡回法院完全可以

彻底铲除AA，切断黑人和其他少数民族进入美国政治高层的通道。
几乎所有的华人都注意到哈佛解密的录取数据中有关亚裔申请人的成绩显著高于其他种
族，但忽略了的亚裔在personality，likebility这些软指标方面显著低于其他申请人。
没有一个正常人，包括所有的大法官和哈佛教授，敢于声称一个种族会比其他种族人品
更差，更不讨人喜欢。这他妈的就是赤裸裸的种族歧视，是一个稳赢的case。
不幸的是，愚蠢的华人在共和党后台的唆使下，故意忽略这个种族歧视的重要证据，纠
缠于排除亚裔之后的名额被多少黑人所得，指控哈佛招生AA。哈佛的回应非常简单，
Fisher v UTexas，这个案子原告起诉UT Austin在招生中使用AA，最高法院支持了UT。
换言之，打AA官司，华人必然败诉，而且还落了个种族歧视的名声。傻逼见过，还真没
见过这么傻逼的。

就算MS FISHER 成绩再好上一个档次，这个案子也没啥意思。
大学入学本来就不光看成绩。UT Austin 已经充分证明了多数族裔（默默+黑幕三）的
录取份
额在最近几年增长速度远远低于人口增长速度。
说白了就是你们这些白人，亚裔，偷笑就好了。还感觉受到了不公正对待，弄的沸反盈
天。
再闹结果如何？
真弄个德州全民公决按种族份额入学，写入德州宪法，你们就都踏实了。
纠缠这些没用。根源在于沐猴而冠，人猿混杂，一 人/ape 一票的民煮制度。 |
