你对做嵌入式软件的人说，firmware一般可能是指bsp+driver部分
你对做板子，做硬件系统的人说，firmware一般是说让系统run起来的所有代码
你对做FPGA写verilog的人说，他们可能说什么都是firmware，没有什么
不是可以写程序解决的 ^_^
对于一台PC，一般来说，主板上的Bios算firmware，硬盘里固化的程序
也是firmware，etc |

拿到这个 Firmware test automation Engineer，
但是感觉不对，主要是以后做test, product support, 要写一些test code， 协调
firmware， hardware, software, 必要的skill： object oriented C++, RTOS,
embedded firmware,Python, SQL. 担心进去后，再转firmware/software比较难了, 自

新版本（2010年4月22日） 1.1 （EP1对应为1.4）
14-42mm 依然只有老版本 1.1，没有更新
下载olympus updater，相机用usb以storage模式连接（MTP连接则无法识别）
下载时间因网速而定，大概2~5min
firmware 刷新时间小于2min
14-42mm镜头AF感觉没有明显改善，panasonic 20/1.7 AF速度还是有比较大的提高
亮出来回拉风箱少了，比较干脆，但是感觉还是比G1略差一点点（没有平行比较）
但是肯定比以前1.0 firmware强不少
所以还是要配合大光圈镜头使用才更犀利
至于C AF的改善，没有明显感觉，这个大概要配合静音AF镜头使用才能真正体会
比较annoying的是现在加上EVF后回放自动用机背LCD，还要再按一下evf上按钮才会用
EVF回放。至今没在菜单里找到怎么设置回去（这点也是firmware注明的一个更新）
结论：
此次firmware升级适合O身P头用户，对于O身O头用户效果不明显（dpreview上
的结果支持的我感觉，提高分别是40% vs 20%） |
