了一只怀孕的母浣熊，估计是顺着我家房子边上的灌木和buckthorn 爬到房顶的。后来
那妞顺着烟囱在我们家地下室的fireplace 里筑了巢，秋冬之际生了四个小家伙，天天
晚上出去觅食，走在房顶上咚咚的，以为房顶招贼了，最后害得我不得不趁他们长大一
点以后有一天凌晨外出觅食的时候把fireplace 打开，把它们的窝给烧了 （零伤亡）
。顺便连夜把烟囱拿不锈钢网封了一圈。 这招都是我那些邻居们教的。后来晚上再碰
到浣熊的时候我就拿手电把它们照跑，蛮管用的。
值得一提的是我就是那一年冬天决定购入人生的第一把手枪的。寒冬之际听到天天晚上
房顶上有脚步声是一件很恐怖的感觉。 |

（因为附近有一个outdoor的fireplace，娇娇可以从fireplace跳到fence上）。
我是从catfencein买的strato barrier kit. 装了都有大半年了，对我家两猫还挺管用
的。俩猫不会爬树，所以不用买tree guard.目前为止还没有猫企图跳过fence的情况发
生，倒是不时出现过松鼠隔着cat fence向我家两猫示威的状况。
很容易装的，也挺结实的样子。我觉得如果你家需要装的比较多的话，你可以先买一段
，然后看看是不是可以自己DIY。不过cat fence比fence便宜多了... |

一条从左到右横的突出来很明显，有两条从上到下竖的stud突出明显。
马上预约foundation engineer 来看。
请教大家几个问题，
1.这个bowed wall 是什么原因？大概需要多少钱修理。这面墙上有fireplace， 外面
是烟囱。外墙是brick,楼上相同方向墙面上也有个stud也有点突出不过没有遗一楼明显
,basement 相同位置未见突出stud.
2. 告卖家的几率多大？seller disclour 上没说有这个issue，不过墙刚刷过，看不出
修补痕迹，我请的inspector很垃圾也没有检出来。
